I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and the customer service was outstanding. Kristin needs a raise she is a ray of sunshine made the experience of paying for the services rendered very pleasant, she explained everything that was done and recommended the services that need to be done in the future meaning next 2 visits. I would definitely recommend Sam Boswell GMC/Buick's service department.

I've gone back and forth on writing this review for a

I've gone back and forth on writing this review for a while now but don't want anybody else to end up in the same bind I have been in. a couple of years ago I was looking for a truck and found one at Sam Boswell Honda. Now it was high mileage and I would not have even considered it if it was from an individual or a "less reputable" dealer. I was assured over and over that it had been put thru the shop and multiple inspections and it was in great shape plus they would warranty it for 3 months and 3000 miles so if there were any issues they would make it right. So foolishly I trusted that. A couple of weeks after the 3 months was up I was driving home from work and it all began to fall apart. The truck started spitting and sputtering barely staying running and barely going at all. I took it to the dealer and they said they would make it right. They kept the truck for 2 months before telling me "we can't fix it or even figure out what's wrong with it" so basically "sucks to be you pal. Every mechanic I talked to told me exactly what the problem was without even seeing the truck but the master mechanics at Sam Boswell Honda apparently couldn't figure it out or maybe they didn't want to spend the $3,000 to fix it. So we paid another shop to fix it. We have also replaced all 4 window actuators and many many more things. It is currently in the shop again and appears the only way to fix it is a new engine all of this with only around 12,000 miles put on it. I paid $10k for the truck and 4 months later when I had spent $3,000 repairing it they were gracious enough to offer me $3,000 for trade in to date we have spent at least another 10k to keep it running. When I asked if that seemed fair to them their response was "well that's what you get when you buy a used vehicle. No not usually but apparently that is what you get from Sam Boswell dealerships. They will never get another dollar of mine and hopefully this will keep someone else from making the same mistake especially in times like these when everyone is just doing their best to keep their heads above water. I know that $10k is a drop in the bucket to big dealerships but to me it's ALOT of money. I never asked for or expected a refund but I do feel like they could have tried a lil harder to make it right like if nothing else a lil better than 30% trade in value on a vehicle I bought 4 months earlier when I was trying to buy another vehicle from their dealership. Where are the vehicles you can depend OR the people you can trust?

From the time I bought my vehicle from Cory Howard to two years later every time I need to have my car serviced I know they go above and beyond. I highly recommend Sam Boswell Buick GMC in Enterprise.

No answer when you call the local Enterprise dealership.

No answer when you call the local Enterprise dealership. Need to order a part. Left message, completed form on website with all info on ordering parts and left phone number. NO RESPONSE. Ended up calling the Dothan location and part was ordered.

They do not do what they say they will do.

They do not do what they say they will do. When you call to voice your concern, the man in the service department brushed me off, acting as if it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe to him it wasn’t. It was to me. So much for making the customer feel important/valid. Definitely would not purchase from these people

Felix did a great job taking care of my car!

Felix did a great job taking care of my car! I really appreaciate that. I walked in towards the end of the day and he welcomed me with a smile. He competently explained the needed repairs and made sure that repairs were done quickly.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR A VEHICLE

I recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Bondy's Toyota(last week.) I'm a senior citizen with a terminal illness and can no longer speak. After the purchase, I had a problem and tried to get some help from Bondy's and was, in essence, stonewalled. They were happy to take my money. Absolutely no help with the problem, whatsoever. I ended up going to Sam Boswell Honda and was treated like a queen. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Billy in Sales. He helped me find a solution, even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I will NEVER recommend Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise, not even for the time of day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM BOSWELL HONDA. You will receive courtesy, respect, and a highly professional staff. GREAT DEALS ALSO.

Excellent dealership.

Excellent dealership. I have been in many dealership service departments as I travel quite a bit. Sam Boswell is with out a doubt the best. These people are very courteous and professional. I would not consider trading with any other dealership!

I have been trying to get owner O'Neal Boswells to return

I have been trying to get owner O'Neal Boswells to return my call. i have left at least 4 voice messages and as of today no call back. Maybe he is not calling back because of the horrific experience at one of his dealerships.
