I dropped my truck off at 8:00 am for an oil change. I was notified by email, text and a phone call when was ready. I had my truck back before noon. Service team was very friendly and professional. It was a flawless experience. Jim

Great Service!

We needed Jeep repairs for a vehicle we did not buy at this dealership. Brian Kloosterman was extremely helpful. Their assessment was quick and thorough and it turned out to be covered by warranty. They exceeded my expectations on the amount of time it took to order the parts and complete the repair. Brian communicated with me via text through every step. We were very pleased.

Recall

I had a factory recall service done and it's the first time I have had to use this particular dealership for anything. Although they did have my vehicle a little bit longer than promised, I was not inconvenienced in any way and they were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.

Dealer service is cordial, efficient, and I will return. I purchased my Chrysler in 2017, a 2016 model and could not be more pleased with the comfortable, large, powerful 36 mpg car.

This review is specifically regarding the service...

This review is specifically regarding the service department at CDJR Franklin.  Due to poor (or, in some instances, none) communication, incompetence, and overall lack of basic customer care, my Jeep has been into the service department four different times to fix what one would consider a small issue.  Parts were not ordered at all, parts were ordered incorrectly, and communication was initiated by this dealership only after they had my Jeep for longer than initially stated - including, in one instance, overnight.  After filling out a survey halfway through this ordeal, expressing my displeasure, the dealer said they would install all of the correct parts and even detail my car, as a show of appreciation for all of the inconvenience I went through.  Neither of these things were done.  In fact, incredulously, another part on my Jeep was broken in the process of “fixing” the original issue.  The service manager blamed his staff and said he was “cleaning house” to make things better.  He promised that if I brought my Jeep in a final time, they would fix everything, they would detail it, and they would have a loaner for me, ready to go.  They did not detail my Jeep, and they did not have a loaner for me ready to go at my appointment time.  This time there was no employee to blame and it is clearly a direct reflection of the leadership at CDJR Franklin.

Dream truck found

Micheal was great helping me find just what I was looking for! No question left unanswered! He was patient and kind. He even had the radio on a channel I mentioned it in passing. JT was great too. He did all running back and forth ! He even bought our truck to the door in the pouring down rain !! We even had fun with the finance guy, made us laughed so much. We felt at ease with him!
