The people at the franklin TN Ford dealership are very courteous and not pressuring to try to get you to buy. They just act like they want to help. They ask questions about what you want, what you are looking for and other interests you would have in a car. If they don't know an answer they tell you they will find out, then find out. Their Personel are quality people for sure. I had such a great experience a few years ago that I did not even look anywhere else. Each time I did my homework and figured out what would be a good deal. They did meet my desired expectation and explained things I did not quite understand or things I wanted to know about the paperwork. Like they say, very transparent! They appear to have so much business because they have excellent customer service.
