Mountain View Ford

Having been in the auto business for several years and having purchased many cars at many dealerships, this experience if not the best, was at least tied for the best I have had! Chris Yancy took care of me very well with little negotiation - as he says, car buying should not be stressful. Mike Cates was very helpful also at the outset of my search. The only small area I was not happy about was that it took a long time to finalize the paperwork however this was not the fault of Mountain View Ford as they had to hand complete severala documents as a workaround due to national software hack issue. Car was detailed well and all concerns, questions were addressed. There were several follow up messages by several staff members, assuring that I was served well, including Sales Management. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone checkout Mountain View Ford to purchase a vehicle.
