They were very organized and very helpful through the whole process getting my bronco finalized . They helped me test drive every model of a Bronco so I could see which style I liked the best . My salesmen’s was Kenny Cone and he was amazing . I would buy another car from them again

Excited to pick up my new truck, but delivery had issues—missing accessories, unresolved service items, and multiple return visits. Communication was inconsistent, and the loaner vehicle wasn’t ideal. The team eventually resolved everything and offered a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. I’m sharing this to encourage better coordination and follow-through. With a few improvements, Mountain View Ford can deliver a smoother experience.
