Sales and Management Staff far exceeded my expectations !!!

My first phone call was for new car sales . After i played phone tag with Jimmy Wright in Sales, I got a follow up call from Kimberly Rhea . Kimberly's interest in helping select the car I wanted was amazing !!! She made phone calls , text , etc. making sure all the options on the car she had was exactly what I wanted ....I went to the Dealership met Jimmy and Kimberly , drove the Car I wanted and they were able to work the deal that I wanted !! Wallace Nissan / Mitsubishi two thumbs up !!! Give you a 10 .... You earned my future business and I will recommend you to everyone ..... Thanks , Steve Shepard...

Great Customer Service & Car Buying Experience

It was such a pleasure getting to work with Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh at Wallace! Being an out-of-state student and having hurricane Irma drop a tree on my car was less than ideal circumstances, but Stephanie and Josh were great and made the process as seamless as possible. When I arrived, we were welcomed to the vehicle I had reviewed parked at the building ready for me to take it on a test drive. Stephanie was patient with my indecisiveness and entertained my inquires and curiosity of other options on the lot with enthusiasm, ultimately leading to me finding another model that I would eventually purchase! Jerry worked very diligently to get me the best financing option he could and in a timely manner. The whole process -- from arrival, to wondering around considering other models, 2 test drives, reviewing the numbers, making a decision, and working through the finance aspect with the business office -- took only 4 hours and then I was driving of the lot having made my first new car purchase! I appreciate Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh for everything they have done! I am glad I chose Wallace of Kingsport for my car buying experience!

Came looking to purchase a new car.

I came in searching for a new car Kimberly was able to help me find out how much the payments were going to be for the vehichle i was looking at. Extremely helpful and a all around wonderful place.

Just Glad I Found a Dealership That Would Sell Me a Car!!!

I searched over 50 Nissan dealerships in order based on the distance from my zip code and was only able to locate two dealerships that had the Rogue I was looking for (exterior color, interior color, features, and made in Japan). I contacted another dealership (Tri-Cities in Johnson City) that was closer to my home first and they basically treated me like I didn't matter and only wanted me to come to their lot. They were not willing to negotiate on price and when I asked they literally got mad and became verbally abusive. Anyway, on to the good stuff. I called Wallace Nissan in the morning and spoke to Shannon (I think), asked some questions about the Rogue I wanted, and kindly asked them what the bottom dollar out the price would be be if I came over and purchased the Rogue same day. I was called back in a short period of time by Josh Gardner who was super nice and emailed me a PDF of the amount they were willing to sell the Rouge to me for. I asked them to put my name on the Rogue to give me a chance to get there to drive it; which they did. When I arrived at the dealership I was told to ask for Piper, who was really nice and courteous. She took me to see the Rogue. I drove it (of course) then there was just a little bit of paperwork to do. I don't remember his name but the finance manager was extremely efficient and had me out of there pretty quick. I also met the owner, Vann Avirett, while I was there. Believe it or not he was nice too!!! In summary, give this dealership a shot if you are in the market for a Nissan and stay away from Tri-Cities Nissan (all comments about Tri-Cites Nissan in Johnson City, TN are my own opinion).

I was a really good trading with them stephaine was super shes a big cut up like me we got a long good she had twist my arm to get me trade as u will see in picture

Excellent Service!!

I had a wonderful experience during my purchase process. Kimberly was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the process. Instead of talking she did a lot of listening to help me find the perfect purchase. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make an investment with a vehicle!

Great Experience

I was treated with such professional courtesy that I would recommend Wallace of Kingsport to everyone I meet. I did not feel pressured to buy and was going to check with another dealer before I made a decision. But, I decided to buy at Wallace because Kris Begleywas so excited about the Rogue and kept showing me everything it would do. He sold me!

AMAZING person, best attitude out of all of them

Kimberly reassured me that she would help me in all ways possible that she could. She was one of the nicest finance people I have ever dealt with. She worked with us until we got the amount we needed and could afford so I could have my vehicle. Top notch employee. I would give 10 stars if that were an option, very professional, this lady knows her stuff. I will definately be reccommending Wallace Nissan to others.

Best car buying experience of my life!

I'm thrilled with my new car! And, Kim was so fantastic throughout the whole process! There was no pushy hassle, at Wallace, like I've experienced at other dealers. I got exactly what I wanted and the price was less than I expected. Kim treated me like family! I will be buying all of my future vehicles from Wallace!
