Principle Toyota has friendly, responsive and helpful sales staffs. They assisted us (me and my wife) to make our purchase as convenient as possible. This resulted in the highest degree of our satisfaction. I give the highest credit to Ms April Haynie who patiently explained all the details and helped us to find the best car fitting our interests, expectations, and our budget. This won't be our last purchase from the Principle Toyota, and I recommend this dealership as a perfect place to get the best Toyota cars in the Memphis area.

" We would give Jimmy 6 Stars if we could!! " My husband and I were in the market for a SUV so we went to Principle Toyota. Jimmy Rooker took the time to give us all of our options of purchasing used verses new and was in no way pushy what-so-ever. We ended up purchasing a brand new Highlander XLE that I LOVE!!!. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. In addition, he went another mile and scheduled my first service appointment. I highly recommend giving Jimmy a call at (901) 758-4040 (P) or (901) 438-0158 (C) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. It is worth the visit even if you have to drive an hour or more to get there. NOTE: We returned a couple days later to have some additional accessories installed on the vehicle. Again, Jimmy was there to guide me through the process. I met Braxton Humphrey who did the installation. He was very professional and did a great job!

The best thing about the dealership is the free cokes. You would think that with the force feeding of their commercials they would be half way decent. Wrong!!!

Without going into a lot of boring details, I have to brag on Kayla Bunch and Todd Lochner at Principle Toyota. Mr. Lochner went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Kayla maintained a professional and courteous demeanor during the entire process. She was gracious in understanding the dilemma I was having and what I needed. I will do business with Kayla and Principle Toyota in the future and recommend them to all who read this.

Had wasted time at other dealers who drug out negotiations. Called this dealer over the telephone and spoke with Eric Morrison. told him what I wanted, and what could he do for me. He called back ten minutes later and I went to Principle Toyota, and closed on a reasonable price. Paper work was fast, and car was readied for delivery. The salesman sat in the car and went over all the features, gave me his card and offer to be of help at any time. This will be a dealership I would recommend, and would certainly return to.

I was not looking forward to a car note at my age but Mr. Rooker relieved my anxiety during the steps to finding a "new" car for me! He was confident, knowledgable, and professional and I LOVE MY CAR! I bought it for my birthday.👍??
