The reason we go to Performance Toyota is because of our Service Advisor, David Sees. David is extremely knowledgeable and 100% honest. I totally trust his recommendations. He always gives me the pros/cons/risks associated with any repair opportunities they find. Taking our cars to David gives me peace of mind.

My wife's Camry Hybrid was part of a recall, so we brought it in primarily for that reason. However, being at 20,000 miles, the car received its normal warranty service as well. I asked David Sees if they would wash the vehicle after they were finished, that being very important to my wife, and they did that, too. I have worked with David for years, always asking for him when I call about service. I find him to be quite knowledgeable and efficient. I have bought numerous vehicles from Performance Toyota over the years, and have always had good luck with every part of the dealership.

I came to the service department after I called about my dead battery. I was met as soon as I pulled in. David Sees greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. I did not but told him I had called. He wrote the service request and gave me the estimated cost. We (my wife was with me) were told it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait. He came back in about an hour and twenty minutes later and told us the new battery had been installed. To our delight the cost was less than expected. Daivd was very professional, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Performance Toyota especially with the folks in the service department.

I was met as I pulled into the service area and directed to David is I had made an appointment. David was helpful and nice and in good spirits. we filled out the info on the computer, he asked when I would like the care back and I said before noon. He asked if I had a ride and I said yes to which he pointed out the waiting area. I got a call from David around 11am that the car was ready. When I picked it up David had the paperwork ready and walked my thru to get my keys. Everything went very well and David was quite courteous.
