Lisa genuinely cares about her customers; she is not your typical car salesperson. I contacted Principal Toyota after calling 25 different Toyota dealerships looking for a 2021 Tacoma for my Cousin. I was so impressed with Lisa Mowery compared to the other salespersons I encountered. The whole experience buying a new vehicle at Principal Toyota with Lisa Mowery was a fantastic experience despite the fact this was an internet out of state sell. Lisa Mowery diligently responded to all my Cousin questions and concerns. Garwyne Jones was very patient with me which I really appreciated. I was nervous about buying a new car and asked a lot of questions. I was not planning to buy a car this week but saw one that I really liked and the next thing I know there I was. I do think the process could have gone a little faster though.
