I left the service department feeling disgusting and

I left the service department feeling disgusting and disgusted. It’s be nice if we could trust the attendants at the dealership to be honest, but we seemingly cannot. While I understand it is my responsibility to say no. It’s disheartening to know that an attendant would choose horror stories, of what would happen if I didn’t do such services. I’m a nursing student, in a city that isn’t my home, and I am beyond disappointed in my experience.

Came into service dept.

Came into service dept. for an oil change and an object in a tire. I was given a time for car to be ready. Later I was told the tire would need to be replaced but there was one in stock so they could take care of it. About 20 minutes before the finished time I had been given I was told my car was ready. I drove out with my oil change and a new tire. No complaints about that.

It took a while to communicate that they were waiting for rotors to get to the store. The pricing was not ideal but it needed to be done.
