I never experienced anything like what these guys have done for me and these guys took care of me with no problem and did everything they could to help me out...Most dealership just try to get the money off you so they don't tell you all the deals and opportunities you can get this the cars but with Jim keras Chevrolet these guys gave me all the info I needed. Gave me a brand new car and even lowered my note......BEST EVER!!!!!

Tire problems, single female needs assistance
I had an unknown problem with a tire. Every few weeks it would give a low pressure light. The dealer ship found a nail in the tire and promptly fixed it. As a single female I need this kind of help.

A great service experience
I visited the dealership for my 10,000 mile check-up for my 2013 Chevy Cruz. when I called the dealership for the appointment, Vaughn clearly explained what the check-up entailed. He said we would be through in an hour; I was on my way to school in 50 minutes. I managed to edit an article I was working on for a journal while I was there. As always, it was a pleasant, and relatively inexpensive, experience.

Saving gas & money not always the best option
I tried to visit another Jim Keras Chevrolet on Saturday, June 21, 2014 and was very disappointed. After waiting for 2 hours for an oil changed. I decided that it would be best for me to visit Jim Keras Chevrolet on Covington Pike where I usually go. After getting there, Vaughn Kearney took care of me as usual and I was out of there quick. Sometimes trying to save a little gas and money is not always the best option. I want be visiting Jim Keras Chevrolet on Stage Road in Bartlett, TN anymore because the service guy who waited on me quoted me a different price to plug my tire and was not willing to look-up my vehicle with the VIN number to see what tires I had on my car so I could replace it. He told me they didn't have anyone to go get a tire today. What a mistake and time wasted.

Great place to shop!!
Everyone at Jim Keras was cordial and helpful, especially, Brad, Luke and Alvin. No one was pushy at all and that made us feel very comfortable. (Unlike some other dealers in the area!!)
