Great service.

Took care of me and my concerns. Nice surprise charging the car for me, much appreciated. Steve was excellent at keeping me informed of the progress on the car.

New car purchase

The only problem is I still don't have my car! With the recalls on GM vehicles I'm still waiting. The process of buying the car was great but waiting for it is not. They have given me a loaner so they are still trying to make it right. It's been most three weeks. I want my car!

Great service from entire staff

Made a call to the dealership after seeing the on autotrader. The receptionist very nice, told her need to speak with a salesman about auto I was looking at on line. She placed me with George Gully, he was very pleasant and helpful. Told him we wanted the car, asked about financing, we discussed possible rates, gave him info, within 30 minutes he called back said we had been approved. We made arrangements to pick up auto that afternoon. Everyone was very helpful including the f & I person.

clean fac. pleasant staff

fine no problems staff was polite and efficient the only complaint is there were not enough staff at the check in area

Great service

Personally I believe that this has been my best car buying experience. My salesman was top notch and he did everything that he said he would do. He was honest, up beat and went way out to make me a satisfied.

Great experience at Jim Keras Chevrolet

It was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Matt, the sales consultant I worked with, really went out of his way to get me in the perfect car at a price I could handle.

great customer service

Came in for a oil changer, took about a hour but i did come during lunch hour during a holiday weekend. They get me in and out as fast as possible. Even if the oil changes weren't free I'd still be my car here

No problem getting recall items fixed.

They got me in and out very quickly, and finished the warranty/recall work easily. They did have to order a few parts to finish, but that was expected since they didn't know I was going to need them.
