The saleman mr.alvin explain everything very well and in manner that I could understand I had a very god experience and every one therewas very nice and helpful I will be telling my co workers and sendingfriends to your dealship. Cynthia

Great car buying experience

Our experience at the dealership was way above average and we were extremely satisfied. However, our problem has been with the length of time it took for the finance department to mail our sales tax to the revenue department in our state. It took so long that the dealership had to mail out a new updated temp tag for us to use because the check would not have gotten there in time for us to get our tags transferred prior to the temp tag expiring. Again, our experience at the dealership was very good and the staff there was very helpful.

Wonderful service ,Wonderful people very clean

I had a wonderful experience with Mr Jim's auto.This wasthe very first new car that I've ever bought. I was treated like family for the moment I walked in. The dealers really swam me like most dealer does.The sales person interesed in helping me then he was of trying to sell me a car.that was no pressure at all on me having to buy new car

ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER

Mr "K" and Brad Ballentine were great to work with. They went out of their way to get me the vehicle I wanted. I am extremely happy with my purchase!! I think they both deserve a raise!!!

World class service

This was the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I have had. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful the process was transparent and the follow-up has been wonderful. I enjoy my new vehicle and will be back when it's time to purchase a new one

The service was very good.

Am disapoint the day I got my truck the check eng light came on. The dealership been having the truck now for a week. I was told it should be ready Feb. 10, 2014. Thats my main thing after I got my truck. Very this appointed.

Once again Chris and the Jim Kerras team not only got us a great price and good financing but they did it quickly and without embarrassment or uncomfortable questions. The Jim Kerras team will take care of you like a friend. We have bought a new and a used vehicle from them and both were the best auto buyng experiences of our lives.

Great Service, Expensive Repairs!

Awesome! While my car was being serviced, I got to use the new 2014 Chevy Impala with no strings attached. The employees were nice and helpful. My experience was grand. The only downside was the charge for labor. Expensive much!

Great Salesman at a Great Dealership

I came to the salesman Nathan Sweets in December of 2012 in need of a vehicle. I did not qualify at that time, but he helped guide me and encouraged me to get some financial things in order, and has kept in contact with me since we first met. He was not pushy at all. He offered me all types of options. He seemed to take himself out of the equation and focused on what I needed and what I was looking for. He kept in contact with me in a very professional manner and was not pushy. When I came to talk to him on this past Saturday, almost a full year after our initial visit, Nathan was able to get a deal done for me. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I have purchased 5 vehicles to date...some brand new, and some used. Of all of the deals, this was the absolute best car buying process ever. Thanks Nathan
