George "Big Bopper" Gilley is a great, honest, pleasant salesperson/ manager. I wish I had him many I ran a securities firm in Cleveland, Ohio many years ago. he is a credit to your firm as well as donna IN THE IMPORTANT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Great service

There was one item not performed and it should have been. The oil life indicator was not reset. I believe it should have been reset. I have purchased a lot of automobiles over my 78 years and the best dealer I have dealt with is Jim Keras Chevrolet. Everyone is so courteous and thorough.

Excellent service; Great experience;

We were greeted promptly. The salesman was courteous and helpful. I didn't feel "pressured". The entire experience was excellent. All of the employees that I interacted with were courteous and knowledgeable.

Excellent Customer Service

The process of actually purchasing my new car was extremely satisfying. I have actually had a brand new car before and was overwhelmed and surprised by how easy the process was and how cusotmer focused Phillip and Trey were during the entrie process.

Jim keras

It's always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful not to mention it's like a home away from home. You receive quality work and hardly ever have a long wait

very clean helpful

my usual service advisor Steve H. was under Doctor`s care. I had help from a person who was brought in from car sales Dept. although he wasn't as familiar with procedure he was very helphful. Thanks

Great salesmanship, Outstanding results

Thanks to the wonderful efforts of Tony Heeg, Kris True, and Luke Starner, I was able to get apporoved for a 2014 Chevy Sonic. Which I love to drive! Thank you again, I couldn't have wished for a better outcome to my trip to Jim Keras Chevrolet.

Excellent Service Dept

The service was quick and I had a concern about a problem under truck, when I told them about it they looked into it and serviced the parts even though they told me it was normal - but for my well being and protection in driving/owning a truck for the first time they took it upon themselves to lube it anyway so I would feel relief. This is the first truck I have bought and I have had nothing but excellent service from sales and service - you have my 10 STAR Rating!!! Excellent work, I'm very pleased. S Gibson
