Just left this dealership Austin was our sales person was great until he came back with a 10,000 difference in value of our 2020 escape 37000 miles to trade in for a jeep with 110000.miles told him the numbers were way off . He said fine and held the door open for us " by Felicia " service department was just as rude when I wanted to service my f450 .

A great buying and trading experience
In April I ordered a 2021 Bronco Sport through Steve Marsh, it got delayed several times but the blame was on production issues not the dealerships. In June I decided to go through Steve Marsh and get a 2021 Escape Hybrid instead, trading in my 2015 Escape. The Escape is a great car but I couldn't quit thinking about the Bronco. Finally it arrived last week and they alerted me & gave me the opportunity of first look, even turning away a few folks who expressed interest in purchasing, for more than 4 days. I did eventually get the Bronco, they gave me a good deal on the Escape trade & they did not jack the price on the new car, as we hear that some dealers are doing on these hard-to-get models. I would recommend Steve Marsh, and Josh who was my salesperson, they are professional and courteous and fair. Also they have a top notch service department.

Worst car buying experience and the aftermath.....
Was even worse! Awful experience. I never leave reviews for anything, but that’s how disgusted I am with the quality of service than my wife has received from this dealership. Lied and altered the car fax, come to find out the car we purchased from them had a severe accident. Where’s the “good faith” that you supposedly have? Where is making it right for the customer? Be honest, it goes a LONG way...

Do not buy a vehicle from Steve Marsh Ford! Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from salesman JD This dealership operates without any sense of integrity or honesty. I took delivery on a brand new vehicle that had damage on the bumper. I was not going to take delivery on the vehicle once I arrived and saw the damage. I told jd they could fix it first and we could come back to finish the final sale. He reassured me that they would take care of it but could not do it that day because their body/paint employee was not there. I told him I was uncomfortable completing the sale until the issue was rectified. He proceeded to provide me with a “work due bill” stating that they owed us a repair job to the bumper at my convienence. I again was reassured that they are a small town dealership and that their word is as good as gold and they are backing that up with this “due bill” and promise to make things right. I was convinced they were legit, took delivery and returned weeks later for the repair. WELL, their repair job was like a bandaid on a gaping wound. It was a mere smear of paint over a damaged bumper. Completely unacceptable!! When I confronted jd with the fact that this is not what was promised. He callously replied, that’s all they could do for me. I reminded him that I told him I was not taking delivery on this vehicle unless they corrected the issue 100%. I reminded him that he promised me they were 100% good for there word. Bottom line, they suckered me into buying a vehicle that they knew I was ready to walk away from the day of the sale. Bottom line, they DID NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT AS PROMISED. Upon contacting the manager, I never received a return phone call. This dealership is as corrupt as they come. Do not buy from them!!!! Be very weary of the other glowing reviews for this “small town dealership.” Lots of “family and friends” posting......????

Great Experience!
My husband bought me a 2018 Ford Fusion on February 14th. He said this was the by the far the easiest car buying experience he has ever had. He also said he was impressed with his salesman it was raining and he came out in the rain and helped him find vehicle. Great job my husband and I would definitely buy another vehicle from you and will recommend you to friends. The bonus I love this car it is awesome!!

Great sales
I did not end up buying a car from here ONLY because i ended up chosing a different one they did not have it stock. But the attention and time that Leon in sales gave me prompted me to write this. He took time out to keep checking up on me and helping me. I wish they would have had the car i bought just so he got the credit!

Very happy with new truck purchase

I recently bought a 2013 dodge avenger from Steve Marsh milan tennessee Phillip Mcknight was awesome salesperson he went above and beyond to help me get financing with not the best credit score the whole team was very friendly they even provided coffre and popcorn ehile we waited and a lounge with tv I am very pleased with way I was treated and with car I will definetly buy there again Thanks guys for all your help!!!!!!

Good Job
My husband got work done there last month and was happy with the work so I came here for a tuneup a few days ago. They had me in and out fast and the technician was friendly. He even offered some tips on how to get more life out of my tires. I will definitely come here again.
