Easiest Repair Ever

I came here last week for A/C work on my truck. I was sure it was going to be an overly expensive and bad experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. The price was reasonable and the repair guys were very helpful. They also warranty their work. I'm glad I came here even though I bought my vehicle elsewhere.

About my experience with Mr. Steve Ford

Mr. Ford, customer service, was awesome I appreciate the attention that I received, I needed my oil changed and other services on my car, he asked questions and listen to me and said no worries I will fix it , I left their with a peace of mind knowing I had been given the best service I would definitely recommend Mr. Ford. Very Happy Customer

I came for my 1st oil change and was pleasantly surprised. The guys were very polite and friendly. I was pressed for time and they managed to get me in and out in about 30mins. I have always dreaded service departments because they keep you waiting forever and are rude, not here though! Thx guys, you're the best!

Would Not Recommend

I went by at lunch to look at a used Ford Edge on 12/31/15. I was interested in purchasing and went through the steps to proceed with same. I could not stay long as it was my lunch hour and worked in Jackson. I gave my cell number and the sales guy gave me his. I received a phone call about a down payment, answered the question and was told he might go home early as it was New Year's Eve. I was okay with that, I already felt guilty for coming in last minute. The following day, I went to the website and saw that the vehicle was no longer available. I texted the salesman and was advised that someone with cash had come in and bought the vehicle. Not sure if this was my fault for leaving at lunch but regardless, I felt they could have given me a head's up. I would have left work in order to purchase the vehicle. Feel betrayed. :( Will not return and will not refer.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately we can not hold cars for customers in hopes they will purchase it. If you were interested in the vehicle and made an offer to hold the vehicle we would do so with earnest. This is not the only place you have left a review, it is clear you have went to multiple sites to express your grief. We would be happy to assist you in purchasing a vehicle, We have many many happy customers. Unfortunately this problem is one that there really isn't anything we could say or do to change your mind. They have a great sales and finance team. Got us the payment we wanted. We will not buy anywhere else.

Terrible sales and finance department

Tried to buy a vehicle here and they couldnt tell me anything about the vehicle I was interested in! Then told me I have good credit and make enough money but couldnt get me approved asked them why and they couldnt tell me, said it was because of my truck payment I had which, so I decided to trade that and they said they couldnt get an approval but could get me into something lesser so I asked how much I was approved for so I could look at other vehicles and they couldnt tell me! They just kept giving me the run around! Not happy with theyre service whatsoever and would never recommend them! Should have listened to a friend of mine who had the same kind of run around service
