A few weeks ago (June 18) I was traveling to MS to my Mom's house late at night from FL and my new Honda Accord I purchased the prior month in FL broke down. The part was backordered with no ETA. Everyone at Whatley Honda went out of their way to find someone who could repair my car so I could get back to FL safely. No other dealership would have worked this hard to repair a part that was unavailable. They have some very talented mechanics. Thanks to them I got back home to FL safely and my vehicle is still running while I wait for the new radiator from Honda. The service manager Chuck even called to make sure I made it home safely. So if you are going to buy a Honda - buy from the best even if it is out of state!

Disappointed in this dealership after we were low balled on our trade in only to find the vehicle listed on your website at $6875 above what we were given. Your dealership put a 63% increase on this used vehicle. Do not plan to be back!

Retires old man. Trying to get on their good side

In the passed 10-15 years have bought 4 vehicles from Mike Whatley and used service department numerus times. Totally satisfied. The last vehicle I bought he even gave me a T-shirt.

Outstanding Experience!

Located truck on internet, sent an inquiry and was notified in a timely manner . Teddy scheduled an appointment based on my convenience, when I arrived he had the truck pulled around ready for me to look at; after my inspection,test drive and questions we were able to agree on the deal. It was the easiest , no pressure auto buying experience I have ever had.Teddy it was truly a pleasure dealing with you. Absolutely no hassle hit it out of the park customer service, thanks again Teddy, Drew and Mike.I will be back.

Drove to Brookhaven from Houma, LA to get great experience dealing with Mike and his staff. So professional and friendly. Everyone there makes you feel like family. We bought our granddaughter her first car from there also and it has been great. Thank you Mike and Pat for a fun day.

Pleasant experience
