Very poor customer service

As I was leaving my home, on my way to the dealership, I text my salesman, Rick, to let him know I was coming to look at a particular vehicle that we were interested in. He replied "ok". I drove an hour and a half only to find that another salesman was showing the vehicle to another couple. The other couple then began the application process to purchase. I left the dealership at this point, disgusted. In my opinion, the salesman should have made sure that I got the chance to check out the vehicle and the first shot at buying the vehicle. This was very unprofessional and poor customer service.

poor customer service skills

Took car into get fixed. Rude, rude unprofessional!!

Poor customer service, refused to return my call

I called and spoke to Teddy (the internet manager) about a car they have had on their website for several weeks. They had not posted any actual pictures of it like the rest of their cars. He went out and gave me a walk around description of it with me on the phone. I asked him to send me a few pictures of it and tell me the sales price. He has yet to send me any pictures or return my call. I am to assume his customer service is lacking and he does not value me as a potential customer who wants to buy his vehicle. If their customer service is this bad in the sales department, I bet it is atrocious in the service department !!
