the salesman knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the best price. When I had to have my oil changed the service was impeccable and timely I would highly recommend anyone to go to downtown Ford.

Great to buy from. Very Helpful, no pressure

After trying to work with high pressure dealerships in two other states, We decided it would be worth driving over 300 miles to get the Car I had been searching for. Lou and Al are experienced, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. They went the extra mile and helped me get all the discounts I was entitled to. Just the dealer I was looking for.

I would NOT refer this SORRY service department to my...

I would NOT refer this SORRY service department to my WORST enemy. Dropped car off in AM for minor repair. Later ONLY AFTER I CALLED MYSELF did I learn that the guy (I guess they only had one trained in replacing door handles) would probably not get to it today. This AFTER I got up EARLY on a day off, called first, to get it there early enough to get the job done. IF I had not called MYSELF they would have closed and left me wondering what happened (and without a car for work). THEN had to wait some time for them to "pull my car around" Not calling is part of their mantra. My 80 year old parent has an old Ford she got new years ago. She got a recall a few months back. SHE wanted it taken there. They said they did not have the part for the affected recall but would call and let us know...did they ever call or let us know? xxxx no. To call this place a Ford dealer is a JOKE!

Gary Collins is one weird dude. He will not stand behind the vehicles his company sell, AT ALL. I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Once was one to many.

Good but not Great

A little battling with the salesman and sales manager prevented 5 stars. I realize it's somewhat expected, but doesn't deserve 5 stars, either. Overall, it ended with the purchase of a fine vehicle.

Used Car Purchase

Downtown Ford is an excellent facility to purchase a car. Our salesman, Gill Robbins, was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone. They were very easy to deal with, no pressure, no haggle, just get the sale done.

Used Car

Bought a used BMW from this dealer AND they even allowed me to trade in my old vehicle towards the purhcase. Great people, no pressure, and I got a great vehicle in the process!!!
