Prior to my visit I elected to discuss my needs via e-mail only. This in the past has been very difficult. I did not want to feel harassed with phone calls. I was working on another possible vehicle (other than Ford) at a different dealer. They actually stopped communicating. Byerly Ford had a better web search with lots of information. I found several vehicles in inventory available for my purchase options. John Wells worked with me providing all the information I needed prior to my visit for the purchase. I feel that Byerly Ford met and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I was in contact there was friendly and professional.

There is no doubt that Byerly Ford (Trevor Wilson) wants to sell vehicles. Being indecisive as to whether or not I was ready to give up my Honda Accord, and with Trevor knowing that, he still went above and beyond to try and find the vehicle I was looking for, and never one time was he pushy about the sale. Even though he probably had other things to do the day I showed up at the dealership, he still spent the entire day with me answering questions, etc. until I was certain about the vehicle and sure about the purchase. Trevor was an absolute pleasure to work with and the purchase was one of the easiest I have ever made! And, let me finish by saying that I am happy, happy, happy with my new Ford Edge Limited! My experience with Bylery was great! My Salesman, Mark Hall was a pleasure to work with, he was very upfront and honest. Mr. Hall took the time to provide me with financial advise beyond the purchase of a new vehicle, even before I made a final decision to purchase from his lot. They made sure that I was comfortable with the sale once I did make a final decision and they didn't use the pushy, aggressive sales tactics I had experienced at other lots.
