No one ever approached us at the Lincoln dealership. A man. who was a trainee, finally went looking for someone to help us. I would think that someone should have approached us way before us asking for help after being in the showroom for 20 minutes looking at the cars there. We have bought 2 cars from Collins before this purchase and the customer service was much better years ago than now. Haggling over l000.00 on our trade in when spending 50,000. is ridiculous.

The works

I had the Works on my 2017 Escape and I usually go the Quick Lane at Bill Collins Ford on Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky. Occasionally I will go through the service area to have this done if there are other issues to be considered.
