Replacement of brake booster recall

Sarah Foster was amazing! She was very friendly and understanding on getting this repaired as quickly as possible. We lived 2 hours away and our daughter needed her Edge to transport her 3 children. The team leader was difficult to deal with. He kept bringing up obstacles for reasons to delay a timely repair. Move Sarah to a team leader! If it wasn?t for Sarah and her willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities, and her friendliness, this rating would have been a lot lower. THANK YOU SARAH! Keep up the good work.

Quick Lane not so quick

While my wait at the ?Quick? Lane was anything but quick, my biggest frustration was the person at counter. He needs to learn to hold back on his lack of trust in the employees, it doesn?t make the customers very comfortable in having service done there.

Our service departments receives hundreds of vehicles a day, and although customer time is important to us, our number one priority is to take the necessary time to make sure each and every vehicle is safe and healthy. We wish we could get vehicles out in minutes, but that is not possible with the high volume of cars we see a day and that our techs have to work on. Great Service Advisor

I have been a customer of Bill Collins Ford for 13 years. I couldn't tell you who sold me my call, but can tell you for the majority it not all of this time, Tony Perry has been my Service Advisor. He always calls me by my name. How he can remember, when in the good years, I'm only there about 3 times. Like me, there are many other customers usually lined up waiting for him. I hope he isn't retiring anytime soon. I know when I pick up my car it has been thoroughly checked by Tony and is ready to roll.

oil change

Service was okay. This place is busy on Saturday mornings. Got there a few minutes before it was open. Wait was 3 hours.

Bill Collins Ford Service is awful. They kept my car for a week for a job that should take a couple hours at the most. The price they charged was criminal. I will never step foot there again.
