Great experience

I had an excellent buying experience. They gave me needed information about the vehicle, but I did not feel pressured and they gave me plenty of time to make my decision. I appreciated that. They also made the buying experience easy; I would recommend Neil Huffman Acura to all.

Awesome experience!

I was online looking for An Acura RDX as I ‘ve had a MDX in the past but wanted to down size a little! I found a car I that checked all my boxes except price! After talking with Michael Stacks I decided to wait! Michael was so understanding and it made the experience that much better! A couple days later I receive a text from GM Galitsky stating they had a twin in my price range so I drove on down and purchased the car. Everyone from Michael to Mr Galitsky to credit manager Kurtis where awesome! Best experience I’ve had. They are fixing a few things and driving the car to me. Thank you everyone!!

This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new car! Dylan, Salesman, is young but was straightforward and ensured I had a good experience even on his day off. Finance person was equally professional and easy to work with.

Neil Huffman Acura is a good car dealer

Ashley Sims is a great car sales person. So far I’ve bought 3 Acura’s from her at Huffman Acura. My car was totaled and she found me the perfect replacement in a day. She also spent the time to find me the perfect car for my wife. Easy buying experience, no time wasted very efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Professional, Curtious, Knowledgeable!

I was extremely impressed by the friendly, respectful and professional manner in helping me purchase my used Mustang. Matthew greeted me with a solid handshake welcoming me and had the car set up for my viewing and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. Matthew along with Kurtis worked diligently at my financing and getting the recalls completed quickly and always responded to my text or phone calls to answer all my questions. I Can't Recommend Huffmann Acura at Oxmoor Enough

I've bought numerous cars from numerous dealerships over the last 30 years, and yet have never had as wonderful of an experience as I have had at Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor. Ashley was my sales person and was both polite and professional, even calling me after hours the night that I showed interest in the pre-owned MDX through the website. She made the process very easy with trade in, the many questions I had etc., and the price was quite fair, esp for what we bought. Kurtis, the finance manager, took ample time with me to make sure everything was just right, and was kind, personable and authentic. A real person who was not hurrying me out the door. He compared rates, waited while I consulted my bank (Chase), and put everything together for me quickly and easily. And no one, at any time, tried to sell me something that I didn't need. There was never any pressure from this team. Justin, the service manager has been truly and actually concerned that everything is just right, getting a few things tweaked for me after the sale to make the vehicle like new again. He has called me numerous times to set up appointments, giving me updates, and providing all the needed information. He even gave me a loaner car today while they replaced a fog lamp and took out a few door dings to make it look perfect, which is not normally the case when buying something pre-owned and 10 years old. I really can't say enough about Justin, Kurtis, and Ashley - this is a team that for me, is unique in my car buying experience. Everyone we dealt with there is courteous, kind, and genuine - no fake "used car salesman" tripe at all. Just real people who care about the product as much as they care about the customer experience. We will never buy another car without first exhausting every option at Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor. They will be our dealership for years to come. As Kurtis the finance manager said, in an internet world where everyone can check prices and margins are small, it's the customer experience that they want to perfect. I have dealt with a dozen dealers in my life, and nothing comes close to this experience. We are (quite literally) sold on these people and this dealership. They know the market is competitive, but they have a real edge where it counts: personal service. You owe it to yourself to go in and have a look. Acuras are great vehicles of course, but this dealership stands out. Many thanks.

Recent buyer, recent seller

This review is important to others like myself who value local businesses and great customer service. I purchased my car about three months ago and plan to sell it due to my experience at Neil Huffman Acura. I plan to instead drive a BMW or Volvo for my first luxury car experience. Rather than share my entire experience on here which is long winded, I can admit, here is an excerpt from my email to two managers at Acura: "My car buying experience has been terrible. It has not been exciting or fun. It has been frustrating. I love the RDX but definitely do not enjoy it as this process has soured my opinion of all things Neil Huffman and being in my car every day. I am annoyed at supporting a business such as this and don’t want to be a local brand ambassador for driving an Acura from Neil Huffman. Clearly I'm passionate about this situation and feel that if I buy a luxury car I should have a luxury car experience in all aspects. Acura has never offered that... I felt that while car shopping and wish I had followed my gut. My current plan is to sell my car and buy either a BMW x3 or a Volvo XC60 and work with a group of people who want to work with me and provide me a great car buying and owning experience.
