Amazing purchase

Dylan was an amazing salesman! Not only did he greet us as soon as we entered the dealership, he took the time to listen and search for the exact car I was set on purchasing. He walked me through the details of the car, explained the warranty information, how the service plan is organized, and also walked me around the dealership showing me where the service department is. Before finalizing the financial aspects, he helped me put my all weather floor mats in the car. Overall, very pleased and satisfied with my purchase and will spread the word!

Have my 2004 mdx service

I have my 2004 mdx for service cost $2,735 . I don't mine but I can't use my Acura service discount , she said she already discount for me , on my receipt I did not se it . Let me ask if she does not want me to use it why they sent Acura service discount card . I am very very disappointed , I been service here since 2006 and just bought 2016 Infiniti last year . Very very very disappointed .

GOT ME into the SUV I wanted!

No hassle on price, gave me a fair trade in and very honest about there vehicle and mine. They did seem a little short staffed as my sales lady was working multiple deals. But it was a Friday so I understand that. I went to just look and test drive but they got me to the payment I wanted so I bought the vehicle. They did forget to fill my vehicle up with gas and I had to stop on my way home as the gas light was ON and almost empty. But the next day I went back and they filled me up with no problem. Overall very friendly and honest to deal with. And the vehicle is TOP NOTCH.

Easy car purchase, great buying experience!

I found the used Jeep Wrangler I've been searching for. I emailed my information to the dealership after seeing the Jeep listed for sale on Facebook. I received a response within 15 minutes and a call within an hour. I live near Chicago so I'm 5 hours away. The salesman Dylan sent me a video of the Jeep's inside and outside for me to see how clean it was. I was so impressed I made a deal over the phone to buy the Jeep without even driving it. I drove down to complete the deal 2 days later and brought home a great Jeep for my daughter to drive. This was the easiest and best experience I ever had buying a car from a dealership.

No pressure experience!

My husband and I were searching for a certified pre-owned SUV after my previous SUV was crushed by a falling tree the prior weekend. While we weren’t necessarily looking for an Acura, we were impressed after test driving an RDX. Our sales guy Michael was very knowledgeable and low pressure. He made the process of buying a vehicle a very smooth one, possibly the easiest ever in our 30 years of car buying experience!
