I want to THANK Kris Carr for the fantastic service we received at your dealership. We were traveling to Louisville from mid Ohio and hit a monster pothole in Kentucky. At the last minute on Sat you service manager got us in to inspect the car's front end and replace the tire (per my request). The five hour drive home Sunday evening was a pleasure. I was confident in the cars safety and reliability. After lengthy research of all the top brands we choose Acura. Safety and reliability are the number one reason we purchased an Acura followed by ride comfort, style and fit and finish. lie about price

I ask about a price difference if buying from another state, the dealer offer about $300 off because I am not using their 3month / 3,000 miles services on an used car, then general manager Arthur Galitsky email with offer a Great Deal! Yeah Bull !!! The price went up over a Thousand and that is not including Tax!!! I ask out the door price and free shipping because the 2012 Acura MDX SUV is high miles 161,000 miles, was cost at Cars.com $9,890.00 in two days I trying to make a deal with them it went up $9,999.00, then offer me a xxxxxxxxx deal $10,800 plus Tax!!! What the xxxx!!! is this sound like a Great Deal???? over what the price is asking!! Stay away from this small dealership Bull Bull!!!!!!!

REWARDING AND ENJOYABLE

I had worked with Ashley Sims previously so I contacted her about the purchase of a new MDX and she put some numbers together and called me several days later. After reviewing her proposal and with some negotiating, we reached a an agreement. We met several days later and she had all the documents ready it went quick and smooth and I found myself driving a new MDX off the lot in no time wasted. Ashley was very professional and listened to what I wanted to do and achieved most of my wishes. I am very pleased with Ashley and the Acura dealership and would go there again if I needed another vehicle (assuming Ashley Simms was still working there). James Hite Hays

Great Experience-low key/no pressure

Bought a car during the Pandemic and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Very fair with car trade in. Would definitely buy from them again.
