Purchased 2013 Subaru Outback there. Happy with the service. Then I was looking for a 2013/1014 Chevy Spark or Hyundai Accent around 50,000 miles or a compact/subcompact to purchase for my grandson for $10,000 or under. I purchased the outback for my daughter Christine from Fredericksburg, VA. Her mechanic who has worked in the area for 25 years approved this vehicle.

STAY AWAY from the service department got our truck back and the parts they replace werent even bolted togeather!!!

Bought aNew Ram 4500, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I bought a new Ram 4500 dump truck in July. Had it shipped to NC. It was in the shippers possession for a total of 14 hours. Upon arriving I checked it out and everything looked good. I jump up on the truck to drive off and found HUGE scratches in the roof. They were down to the metal. The scratches had rust in the. I got the shipper to come back and look at the scratches at which time he told me that they had rust and he was not responsible. He was also able to produce me a picture time stamped in Chicago at 8pm 2-3 hours after picking the truck up from the dealership showing the rust in the scratches. I sent my salesmen Brad pictures on the spot. He called me and said that he would talk to his supervisors and get me some answers. After 2 weeks, he asked me to go get an estimate to get the truck fixed. Which I did the next day. For the next 4 months I called or texted him once a week. Every time he assured me that the dealership was going to take care of it. About a month ago he got the sales manager Rob Ace involved. I have a voicemail on my phone from him reassuring me that the dealership was going to take care of it and a check was going out that week. The next week I did not receive anything from them. I called Rob back, he said he was sorry for the delays but the check was going out this week. I still received nothing and no call letting me know what was going on. The salesman and sales manger quit returning my calls the first of October. As my frustration kept rising I called the dealership back and asked to talk to an owner. They transferred me to Scott. He at that time informed me (mid October) that his dealership was not taking responsibility for the problem. He had the shipping paper that stated at vehicle pick up there were no problems and at vehicle delivery there were no problems. I told him I wish I would have known that 4 months ago before wasting all my time. Scott said he wish he would have known about the problem 4 months ago. And hung up the phone on me. I?m the the one that signed the paper. I signed it before finding the scratches but prior to the shipper leaving my location. There are multiple problems here 1-communication between sales, sales manager and general manager (I do not know but I don?t think the general manager was made aware of the problem until just recently) 2-all around customer service (don?t tell a customer that you are going to do something and not follow thru) (sales became so busy with ?new? customers he could not return my phone calls) 3-I am stuck with a ?new? damaged truck. I sought some advise from my attorney and he informed me that I would have to go to IL to take action on this. I do not have time to do that for $1200. It would cost me more in time and trips so he told me to just write some honest reviews and that?s what I am going to do. I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of the communication and integrity they have. I took the time to file a complaint with Ram on this matter as well. I was trying to find someone that could hold this dealership and these people accountable. They hung me out to dry because I live 11 hours away, not fair but it?s life. I?ll fix the truck myself and go on. I just wanted to take the time to share the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had!

Purchased new car. Great dealership
They did a great job and got me in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. No pressure approach just offered a great price from the start. They had a better price on what I was buying than any other dealerships nearby with more options on the car as well. I will go back here when I trade my wife's car in next year. GREAT JOB EVERYONE

Used 2013 VW CC Sport
They had the exact car I was looking for (used 2013 VW CC Sport manual), so I made the trip. Worked with Mark Kropp - very easy-going and agreed to let me take the car on a 2nd test drive so I could assess the ride quality on bumpier pavement. They gave me a good offer on my trade-in and have reasonable prices on extended warranties. I ended up purchasing the car and thus far am very satisfied. Only gripe about the car is the noisy tires which were even noted on their inspection report - but very satisfied with everything else.

They did me a favor by not selling me a used car
I looked at a 2011 Ford E-250 around the beginning of August. The van had some body issues that needed to be addressed before I purchased it and this was explained up front. I spoke with Mark Kropp and he was going to get back to be about this but never did. The end result is I bought a 2012 Ford with 12,000 less miles with a warranty and the exact interior shelving I needed for 1,000 dollars more. Bremen Ford in Bremen Indiana delivered the vehicle to my house----Perfect! Thanks for not trying to make a deal!

Dinosaurs
Found a car on cars.com without pictures, so I asked the dealership to send me pictures. All they said was to stop by in person... Yeah right. I've sent two more emails, and received 2 identical canned responses. Get with the times, and communicate online. People don't have time for phone calls and browsing in person.

Our original response not"canned" by the way, was that the Subaru was here and the pictures were online at our website, a link was included for the customer to click on. The next day the Subaru was sold and an email was sent saying this. also, this customer was told of a 2010 Subaru that we still have in stock. It is a Limited and he only want's an XT. We try very hard to get the customer the correct info through emails, sometimes a customer may not read the email all the way through.
Outstanding
Traded in my Volkswagen for an Wangler Unlimited. 4K off sticker. No hidden charges. I drove 1.5 hours to buy this vehicle and it was completely worth it. Ask for Jack.

Smooth and No Pressure purchase of my new Jeep
I saw a 2014 Jeep on Cars.com which caught my attention. I called the dealer and was attended my Herb Myer. He seemed pleasant over the phone. I made an appointment to go look at the car. I did mention to the Sales Rep that I was pretty much just inquiring and not really looking to make a purchase. without hesitation Herb said it was perfectly OK and I should still come in to look at the car and talk figures. Once at the dealer I was greeted by another sales person who paged Herb for me. Herb came over, very friendly guy and easy to talk to. I looked at the car and it was everything as was described on cars.com. Herb worked with me to come up with a payment plan that was just right for me. I was offered a fair price for my trade in. I felt no pressure throughout the process, and must say that everyone was polite and professional. I even went back 2 days later to get a service pack on my car I had purchased. JoAnn at the service desk was very nice and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. overall very happy with the customre service of this dealer.
