Terrible Dealer & Service

Brought a 2019 Pacifica in for an oil change at 33k miles. They did not replace the oil filter and the car proceeded to run without oil to the point of the engine smoking. Have now had to bring the vehicle in every 2 weeks due to the engine light coming on & off. The clown of a service manager said "you are at 38K miles, so you have to pay $100 to check the issue." This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never buy any car or have any service done at this terrible dealer. My friends and family of 100+ in McHenry County will never buy anything from this dealer.

The Service Experience!

Took my 2020 Charger in because the fan motor started making noise. Eva Perez was very courteous and helpful. Left my car overnight and a new circulation fan motor was installed next day. Picked car up at 4:30 and fan is quiet. Thank you very much for your prompt courteous service.

Avoid the service department like the plague

Horrible service department, take your car to a different Jeep Dealership to service your vehicle!! They do unnecessary warranty work and screw your car up and expect you to pay for the repairs!!!

excellent buying experience

I would highly recommend checking this dealership out. I've purchased numerous cars at numerous dealerships and this one stood out. The staff was excellent and my salesman Justin was outstanding.

Amazing Experience!

Kevin was awesome and helped us find the perfect car for our family. I love our town and country and so do my kids. I loved how easy it was to find and buy our van.

Used truck I bought from crystal lake

Worse scammers I have ever dealt with had an agreed price on the truck bob the finance guy was in such a hurry to go hit golf xxxxx ran thru the paperwork so fast I didn’t realize it was 300 more than I agreed on txt Justin the salesman and he said he couldn’t remember them trued to charge me 4 times more than my plates and title transfer was I would never recommend this dealer to anyone

There still are some good guys left

It’s great to see that some people realize it’s not always about the bottom line. Thank You. Your kindness is being seen across the country and hopefully others will follow your lead. I wish I was local so I’d have a reason to come purchase a new vehicle. Im sure your actions were much appreciated by the officers family and I know many throughout the country appreciate it. Happy customer

This is a very good place to shop around for a car especially with the great help of the staff particularly this young lady named Raneesha. She was very sweet,understanding, and knew the best way to help me. She took care of everything great and because of her I'll most definitely recommend this dealership to people I know.

Not going back

Drove over an hour looked at a wrangler. Bought the vehicle gave me some warranty said they would fix everything wrong with the vehicle. Drove home check engine light came on. Multiple things wrong with vehicle now. Took to another dealer and said to take it back to the dealer whom I bought it from. Tried to call now won’t return phone calls. Won’t ever go back and won’t ever recommend them to anyone.

Unhappy customer

I bought a used vehicle from this location and would never do it again or recommend them to anyone. My vehicle was certified pre-owned. They need to educate themselves on what it means for a customer to purchase a certified vehicle. After driving a long distance to talk with the owner, he refused to speak to me. I had my vehicle less than 3 days and found out it needed repair work. This work should have been completed before I drove off the lot. That is the trust you put in a certified vehicle. They lied and refused to take care of their customer. Please say yourself the frustration and do not purchase from this location.
