Superb Service & Great Deal

Saw vehicle online and contacted dealership for more information. They freely gave all additional information requested with no pressure to come in for a test drive. When I decided to make the 2+ hour trip to see the used vehicle I was interested in, they agreed to hold it so that I would not be wasting a trip. The facility is wonderful, and the people even better. Great experience. THANKS TODD!

Wonderful experience! Couldn't be happier!

We had a wonderful experience. We received a quality vehicle for a fair price and a generous allowance for our trade in. Jamie and Corey were so courteous and helpful. We drove all the way from Murfreesboro to make the deal and don't regret it at all. They have a play area for the kids which was a relief as our 3 had made the trip with us.

customer service is the best!

I've never seen such quality customer service in my life! They, in particular Joe Langston, listened to everything I was asking for, he paid so much attention to what I was saying, and even though I was worn out, and rather straight shooting, he completely listened to me, knew I wasn't blowing smoke, and found me exactly what I wanted! This is the best place for quality service, just ask for Joe Langston or Kerry Lynn - You won't be disappointed! Joe is still working with me and the deal is already closed! He will go the extra mile for You - before, during and after the sell!

Unwilling to even attempt to make a trade.

Was trying to trade my BMW 650i on a BMW 135i. Tried to deal with Karl, the sales manager. Karl tried to say that my BMW 650i was unable to be sold from his lot even though they are a BMW dealership. Would not even make me an offer for my vehicle. Tried to disparage my vehicle, even though it is a very nice car. I believe that this dealership will only make a deal if they can make a killing on the trade. Deal with this dealership at your own risk.

Best Dealership I have ever been to.

First of all, Denny Alvey, what a super guy and sales person. Denny is very knowledgeable about BMW vehicles. Denny will help you, answer questions , and show you a vehicle, without being pushy or trying to pressure you. Also, I think he's probably one of most honest sales person I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot. Second, Amie Dudley, (her title is genius) and she really is. She knows the BMW inside and out, answered all mine and my wife's questions, and she told us if she didn't know the answer she would find out. I like that. Third, our new BMW528i answers all the questions. What a vehicle, the best we have ever had, and we have had a lot, even Cadillac's. Even the paper work was a great experience. Every person in this Dealership, is friendly.

Great service with a personal touch!

Kerry, Aimee and Joe were amazing! Loved the attention to detail and all the personal attention to make this one of the best buying experiences of all times. I could have easily purchased in my hometown with 3 BMW dealership within 30 miles. When I walked into their showroom on vacation they made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend going here for your next car.

Great customer service! Great prices!

This was by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I had done my homework prior to stopping by the dealership. Had my trade in value as well as the price of the vehicle. I was preparing for haggling and the usual stress that goes along with the whole process. All the worry for nothing! They offered EXACTLY what I wanted for my trade in and the vehicle I was interested in was marked significantly lower than the fair market value! Needless to say, I was sold. Not only was the buying process painless, Denny Alvey was wonderful along with the other staff. Wonderful customer service and the best dealership around! Keep up the good work Bluegrass!

Closed Saturdays, cant get service or parts, poor prep for new cars, bunch of minimum wage kids employed

FINDING THE "RIGHT" BMW DEALERSHIP!

Finding the "right" dealership can often be more difficult than finding the "right" car. Bluegrass BMW is the RIGHT dealership! They strive to provide friendly, personal service that creates a repeat buyer! No, this is not my first, nor my second car I have purchaed from Bluegrass BMW, but my fourth! Each time I shop for a new car, I'm constantly amazed at the often less than "expected" service I receive from other dealerships.....but Bluegrass BMW's Sales Manager, Corey Keller, continues to make it the "right" decision for me to return for that next new BMW! Yes, I'll coninue to make the 4 hour drive to his dealership! Enjoying my new X3...thanks Bluegrass BMW! .....a fan in New Albany, Indiana!
