Worth the Drive

I live in Southeast Missouri and have purchased my last two vehicles at this dealership. I had a BMW 3 series and traded that for my current BMW X3. I have had an excellent experience both times and have enjoyed my vehicles. The personnel in sales have been fair and helpful and the service department does a thorough job. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

great car buying experience, great salesman.

Bluegrass BMW made trading cars an enjoyable experience. Everyone involved in the sale provided excellent service. I have been very happy with my car. My salesman has been very helpful with follow up questions. The total experience has been very satisfactory.

Excellent dealership in every sense

An excellent car in an excellent dealership. The sales associates are friendly and accommodating. The service department is second to none. I know because I bought 5 new BMWs from them. The fact that I go back to them to buy a car is a testimonial to these facts.

GREAT DEALER AND SALES

Great home town feel dealership

We shopped BMW dealers all around the Middle Tennessee area but could not reach an agreement with any of the big city dealers. After finding a car on the Bluegrass BMW website, even though their initial price was out of our budgeted allowance, we made the drive to Paducah anyway and were we glad we did. Instead of hiding behind over priced "true price" policies, like the big city guys, the down home folks at Bluegrass BMW worked with us until we were able to come to an agreement. I would recommend anyone shopping for a BMW or Honda to make the drive to Bluegrass in Paducah, KY. Not only will you be respected and treated like family the drive is scenic.

Fantastic Service

I bought a BMW X5 from Bluegrass BMW after finding the vehicle on bmwusa.com. What a pleasant experience - the team was very helpful and professional and this has been my most pleasant vehicle buying experience to date. I may consider driving through to KY from Atlanta for my next BMW purchase. Bluegrass BMW is highly recommended.

battery replacement

I bought a new Honda Ridgeline in 2006 from Bluegrass Honda. In 2011, I was told that the battery was going bad and needed to be replaced. In early 2014, while the new battery was still under warranty, it went bad. When I called the dealership, I was told that the warranty would only be honored if the truck was towed in and the service department personally checked and changed the battery. I was told that they would not be able to check the battery until almost two weeks from the time I placed a call. I am a single nurse and this truck is my only means of transportation. I was told they had no 'loaners' and I would have to pay to rent a car. Can you imagine the cost? I think this is outrageous and I would not recommend Bluegrass Honda to anyone.

Competitive pricing, helpful staff

Responding to an Internet ad, my husband and I made the drive to Bluegrass BMW to see the X6 and found the car to be exactly as advertised. Kerry Lynn, our salesperson, was friendly and knowledgable and made the car shopping process as easy as possible. My husband and I never felt rushed or pressured. In short, we trusted Kerry to give us the best deal possible and he did! Aimee Byassee, the tech support, has been absolutely wonderful helping us (me!) take full advantage of our vehicle's Bluetooth capabilities. She responds promptly to texts and emails and is always cheerful and patient. My husband and I are pleased with the service we have received from Bluegrass BMW and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
