Toyota of Bowling Green - Kinny Landrum

Let me first say that I never write reviews but this deserves one. My wife and I were shopping for a new car and worked with Kinny at Toyota of BG. Kinny was extremely patient, knowledgable and most of all not pushy about the buying process. We were exploring all of our options looking at Toyota, Ford and GM. We ended up buying a 4Runner and couldn't be happier. Kinny and the Toyota team took very good care of us and we could not be more pleased with the car. If you need something, go to Toyota of BG!

Wonderful people

In less than 2 years I have bought 3 cars through Ron Sam at Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was very patient with me and made sure that our every need was taken care of or answered. I contact him on any question that I may have about my Toyota and he is very prompt in his response and/or follow up. Outstanding followup and service

I dealt with Courtney Miller and was amazed with the service and professionalism we received purchasing our 4 Runner. She answered every question promptly with none of the usual auto dealer run around. We will deffinately recommend Courtney and Gary Force Toyota to family and friends.

Nebraskan dealing with Kinny Landrum

My wife & I were looking for a 2014 Avalon Limited Hybrid shortly after it was available. We live in the middle of Nebraska and our options/color wasn't readily available. As I (we) were going to Ft. Campbell for a reunion, My wife suggested locating a dealer close to Ft. Campbell to see to see if one was available there. Fly down, rent a car to get us to the dealership and drive our new one home. I happened to call Gary Force Toyota and was fortunate enough to talk with Kinny Landrum. He located one with the options/desires we wanted, make arrangements to have it trucked to the dealership (as I asked) and he would arrange for someone to pick us up at the airport. I was impressed. I had numerous phone contacts with Kinny and was very much at ease dealing with him. Kinny provided information, answered all questions, follows up and went over and above to resolve any issues to help us. No pressure, no pressure, no pressure. Just solutions. Due to distance, I ended up purchasing in-state yet I have talked numerous times with family and friends about my very positive experience with Kinny. I wholeheartedly recommend Kinny Landrum who honestly and fairly takes the stress out of purchasing a vehicle. He works very hard to help.
