Kinny was extremely patient, knowledgable and most of all not pushy about the buying process. We were exploring all of our options looking at Toyota, Ford and GM. My wife & I were looking for a 2014 Avalon Limited Hybrid shortly after it was available. We live in the middle of Nebraska and our options/color wasn't readily available. As I (we) were going to Ft.
