I made an initial inquiry online regarding a lease on a 2014 Prius. I sent the email in the evening and heard back the next morning from Courtney. she was very attentive regarding what cars were available. I was unable to go by during the day, but did manage to make it in a few minutes after 6 that evening. I received a fair offer for my trade-in and drove off the lot with my new car at 8:15. very easy dealership to work with, I would highly recommend.

I was a first time car buyer and had never bought a car before so all this was new to me. Before buying from Courtney Miller I had a 1996 Corolla that was given to me and over the years I grew to like it because it was very reliable. I found myself in need of a new car so I went to Toyota looking to buy a new used vehicle that was very affordable for my budget. The manager Mr. Carr told me to go see Courtney Miller and that she would help me find something. I must say for a first time car buyer Mrs. Miller made it very easy on me and was very helpful threw out the process. She made buying my first car very enjoyable and didn't push anything on me. At the beginning of the day I went in looking to buy a car and a few hours later I walked out as a happy customer with my car thanks to the help of Mrs. Miller. I can't say enough about how great it was to have Courtney sell me my first vehicle. I know one thing and that is that Courtney Miller will always have my business when it come to purchasing a vehicle.

We rented a Rav 4 on a vacation last fall. We drove through mountains and was very happy with the car and performance. Lots of pick up and gas mileage.

He helped guide us through the buying process. I have scheduled service with him, and he is always good to work with. I highly Recommend Kinny, and will buy my next car from him too.

Kinny Landrum was very helpful and helped me find the color I wanted in the Camry Hybrid. The buying process went well. I've owned my Camry for 2 1/2 years now and I am pleased with the service department. They are always very helpful. We live in Tennessee and we shopped Toyota and Honda dealers in our home state. We visted the Toyota dealership closest to our house in Rivergate and the service was horrible and will never go back. Since we received such excellent service at Gary Force Toyota we bought 2 vehicles on the same day and continue to come back for service. We spoke with Kinny Landrum and Barbara Davis and they were excellent. We will tell all our friends and family in the future. By the way, it has been 4 months since we bought and they promised us 2 hats. We could not get them that night because the parts department was closed. When I went up for my first service I asked Kinny about our 2 hats and he got them for us with no problems at all. Thank you Gary Force Toyota for taking good care of us and we will be back.

Kinny at Gary Force Toyota made purchasing our new highlander a breeze. He answered all our questions and when he didn't know the answer he took the time to find it for us. Even after we purchased our highlander Kinny has continued to help us in any way he can. If we are not sure exactly how something works Kinny's reply has always been the same "stop on by and we will figure it out". It has always stuck out to me that Kinny takes the time to help out someone who ALREADY bought their car. He is willing to give up time which he could use to be working with a new customer to answer our questions. We have our highlander and older corolla serviced at Gary Force Toyota for one simple reason, they take care of our vehicles. Sure we could go somewhere closer and it might even be a little cheaper. But the drive and any additional cost are well worth it.
