Recently purchased a certified used Acura RDX from Acura Columbus. They provided one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had in all my years of purchasing cars. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new Acura or used car.

Awesome experience when buying my MDX! The whole team was...

Awesome experience when buying my MDX! The whole team was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to find just the car I wanted to purchase at the right price. Sam did a fantastic job! He spent a great deal of time showing me cars and getting me in them to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and very kindly answered my many questions. When I picked the car up he spent time explaining/getting the tech package set up the way I preferred. Business manager Adam Hannah was friendly and professional getting the paperwork completed seamlessly. And, I will look forward to bringing my car to Jamie Meridith who always does an excellent job in the service department. I was so excited and impressed with the car buying experience that I talked to my sister on the way home and she went and bought a car from them the next day!

Francesco was very polite and helpful in deciding what kind of vehicle to buy. We went to buy a Honda Pilot but bought a Acura instead ! What a great vehicle and what a great guy ! Choose him for your salesman !!!

The services we received at Acura Columbus were impeccable. The people treat you like family. They provided all the information we needed to make this a fantastic experience. Sam, our salesman, and Adam, financial, helped us through the entire process; they answered all our questions Sam helped us locate the perfect vehicle. Sam even sent us videos of the vehicles. Adam ensured we had the best possible percentage rates. The Sales Manager, Jason, and Virtual Sales Manager, Jay, checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied with the services.
