Nick was very nice and helpful and wasn’t in our face trying to sell us something. The dealerships itself was great overall but the tires in the car were almost flat. Definitely should make sure your cars have inflated tires before someone test drives them.

This is the firs time I actually enjoyed buying a car. I usually don’t like cars hoping but thanks to Mr. Treg Blagg and his team the shopping experience was nothing but pleasure. Treg’s knowledge, and his calmness was charming and helped me make my decision much easier fo purchase the car that are for me. The dealership’s environment is clean and organized. Matt, the sales representative for our most recent vehicle purchase was cordial, knowledgeable and we quickly arrived at a mutually acceptable price. This is my 14 vehicle either purchased or leased from Acura of Columbus. The group from top management, sales, finance and service are extremely professional and 100% customer oriented. Steve Ault has been my salesman for most if not all of my auto purchases/leases. He always goes the extra mile to make sure my needs are met and that I get the best deal with the best customer service possible. I would highly recommend searching out Steve to purchase an Acura and the dealership to anyone look for a vehicle, Acura is a quality product, has excellent service ratings, but most importantly are very appealing, sporty, dependable models. The Sales, Finance and Service departments are first class, the best in the business and also very customer focused. I'd give the entire organization, 10 out of 10 on a customer satisfaction scale. The dealership and its employees are also excellent business partners in the city of Dublin and central Ohio. Check them out you will be thoroughly pleased with your experience with the entire staff and your purchase. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Greg Vranic 2/17/21
