I could not have hoped for a better experience purchasing

I could not have hoped for a better experience purchasing a new-to-me car. I was traveling from Cincinnati and needed to make sure the car was still available so after calling the dealership Francesco was immediately helpful and call had the car waiting up front by the time we arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even had great recommendations for food while we waited for our car to get washed and ready to take home. The staff was incredible: professional, honest, and no-hassle negotiations. I know we got a solid deal and I am happy to give them my highest recommendation. Thank you!!

When buying a car you always wonder about the dealership

When buying a car you always wonder about the dealership and will they help you take care of your car. With Acura of Columbus you can stop worrying. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could have made it hard to get the proper solution. But not Acura of Columbus. Shannon the service manager is a certified master technician. He took the time to ride with me in the car and listen to me. Then he resolved the issue and convinced Acura it was a warranty issue. This could have gone the other way. It is nice to know this dealership has integrity

From the first call to the walking out the door with my new lease…Luel was great and efficient to work with! Tom Cole is also a fan favorite coming in clutch with my payment needs! Great finance manager as well…quick, painless, and fun!
