Best Car Dealership I've ever been to.

The professional atmosphere first got my attention. As I was taken care of by the attendant and given an estimated time it would take to replace my airbag was right on spot. I also walked around looking at cars. It just so happened I ran into the owner and he is a great guy. I also met the new sales manager and one of the Salesman named Adam. All these guys really seemed to like there job and had a great sense of pride working there. So I will say this if your looking for a car or need service on yoir vehicle don't hestitate. Go to Acura Columbus.

Acura Columbus Stands Behind What They Sell

I had purchased an used Ford Explorer from Acura Columbus and just a little more than a month later the battery died. After contacting them, Acura Columbus immediately took care of it, offering to either come to my home to replace the battery or I could bring it in if I chose. I did bring the vehicle to them and they had it in and out of the shop within 20 minutes and no charge to me. I honestly was not expecting this, especially because it was not an Acura. I had dealt with other dealerships in the past where I had bought used cars and their service departments treated me as if I was a hassle. That is not the case with Acura Columbus. I highly recommend them and know where I'll be purchasing my next vehicle.

Excellent Service

Whenever I had to bring my car in to get worked on, I have gotten nothing but exceptional service. In addition I was always given a car to drive while my car was being serviced.

Fast and efficient

The battery went dead on my MDX. I called Acura Columbus and Jim Cruikshank and Todd Skidmore got me in right away after I jumped it. Found the battery had a bad cell, replaced it at no charge and I was on my way in under an hour!

From the roadside assistance to the loaner vehicle to getting my car back from service, it was a very easy hassle free experience. It was a quick turnaround time as well.

Excellent Customer Service and No Pressure

At first I wasn't very sure of what car I wanted so I went to many dealerships and Acura surpassed all expectations. The customer service is amazing! Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details and differences from one car to another without pressuring me to make a same day decision. I highly recommend Acura Columbus to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle!

Honest, Knowledgeable and No Pressure

I'm very satisfied with the experience I had at Acura Columbus! Ben and Kyle were very honest and forthright. At no point in the sales process did I ever feel pressured. Both Ben and Kyle were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. They even introduced me to a gentleman in the service department that allowed me to use his tools to remove some stereo equipment from my trade in. I highly recommend a visit to Acura Columbus to anyone interested in a new/used vehicle.

Thorough and professional

Love that my car tells me what and when maintenance is required. As usual maintenance was performed in a timely, thorough and professional manner. It’s said that if you take good care of your car, it will take care of you but until my Acura that has not always been true. A bit pricey but will not take it anywhere but this dealership.
