Great Transaction

Loved working with Jay, Adam and Ian. I was short on time and they made sure things were ready for me and when they weren't, they accommodated me - even letting me leave with the car before the papers were signed and brought them to me the next day - because I needed to be somewhere else more important. It's things like this and people that go above and beyond to build a relationship that will bring me back for repeat business.

Acura columbus is Fast and efficient

Over and beyond service as well as customer care

My most recent transaction with Acura Columbus was with regard to my Acura key. Specifically, I didn't have one. While I knew that your staff would be responsive due to all my previous experiences with them, in this case Chris Diglia went far beyond what would be considered "good service" by any measure. He was responsive, kind, and respectful in his support during the time that solving my problem was hampered because the HONDA computers were down. Chris is an asset to your company.

Easiest transaction ever

Comfortable spot

Great Experience in Every Aspect

I have been a service customer at this dealership for many years, and I just bought my next car from them. Harrison was wonderful to work with - he took the time to find a car that matched my wish list from the price to the mileage to the trim. The process was easy and efficient. I never felt pressure to buy. There were lots of different makes that I would have considered in my recent car purchase, but this dealership made the difference and helped me tip the scales towards Acura.
