oil change.

very professional . fast service and great scheduling i got an appointment for service on same day when i called to schedule. fast in and out . no hassle . car is serviced , vacuumed and wasted in 90 min .

Oil change

Was there for an oil change and as a general practice the car would be vaccumed and washed after the service. I also made sure to ask if the car woukd be vaccumed. To my surprise I saw that the car was not vaccumed even though it was washed. I am really disappointed with the service technician as it is his duty to check if everything which was promised was taken care before giving the vehicle back to customer.

Excellent Service

Everyone was courteous and efficient. Only frustration I had was with my account. I drive a RDX and my husband drives a MDX. I asked to have two accounts since we usually take care of service individually. I was told the accounts could not be separated. It's frustrating because my husband's cell phone is called when my car is ready. Not ideal for efficiency. Is it really true that this is impossible to be done?

quick car wash!

I routinely have my Acura TL washed at the Dublin ACURA shop. Very Courteous, efficient pleasant and fruitful experience; lounge, coffee, snacks. In the past I have had windshield wiper blades replaced. Fee was very nominal,; service immediate! In the past, when I first acquired the TL, I needed to link my cell Blue-Tooth to the TL's Hands-Free. Salesman Mike Shay readily implemented that in a few minutes!

regular service

I have worked with Jami in the past and I worked with Zach for this particular service appointment. Both individuals were extremely helpful and professional. I would like to note especially, that in a previous appointment for issues with my headlights, Jami was amazing. She was able to take what would have been a very negative experience (and one that would have likely caused me to not purchase another Acura) and converted it into an exceptional experience...even though the situation was caused by someone else (who had left the dealership recently). I missed the opportunity to complete a survey at that time and just wanted to convey my appreciation for Jami at this time.

Love this place!

Everyone at Acura is so friendly and knowledgeable! I love getting delicious coffee each day from Bruegger's Bagels thanks to them as well. It is the best place around, and I tell all my friends about it! This place makes me so happy.

Great experience!

First time buying an Acura. Dwayne and Ray are great! They were friendly, helpful and informative. Other times at other "premium car" dealerships ive come across sales associates that are condescending and of putting. Not these guys though. The finance staff was friendly and the process was seamless. Would buy from again definitely.
