Tim Weilbacher was professional and very enjoyable to work with. The financing was quick no high pressure add on sales. The whole experience and inventory selection was 5 stars.

Buying experience was good. Salesman Jake was great to work with and made the vehicle deal successful. Jake made sure my concerns with the vehicle were addresses prior to pick up. My recommendation to Coughlin is to make sure the customer has enough fuel to feel comfortable to get to the gas station. Being in a unfamiliar vehicle with the fuel light on and DTE showing 40 miles was not a good feeling. Instead of enjoying the feeling of taking home my new purchase, I was scrambling to find a gas station that sells diesel fuel. One star provided for quality of repairs for the low fuel.

Everyone at Coughlin Ford was very friendly and helpful. Salesperson Tom Isaac went the extra mile to find the color with specific options that I wanted on my new Ford Mustang. I would recommend Tom and the Coughlin Ford team to prospective buyers.

I was looking to purchase a new mid-size sedan, and narrowed it down to a Ford Fusion. I went to a lot of dealerships in the area to shop around, but Corey at Coughlin was far and away the best salesperson I dealt with at any of them. So piss I bought a car from here less then thirty day engine light comes engine sounds like it racing went replace turn single electric problem . Sound like my left wheel bearing is bad an even made my first payment then they tell I have to wait to may to bring it in an no air conditioning never again will I buy a car from here
