My husband and I left Coughlin Ford of Johnstown as VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS! They were SO MUCH MORE HONEST than another dealer that we went to. This was the very FIRST time that I purchased a vehicle so easily and had absolutely NO buyer's remorse after the sale! Jake Morgan and Jay were so very honest and helpful. I was so surprised at the wonderful service that we received that I actually gave Jake a hug before we left - who does that with a car salesperson??? Me, because I was totally thrown back with the expertise, HONESTY, and integrity of every single rep that we encountered at Coughlin Ford of Johnstown. I want everyone to know what a "different kind of car sales company Coughlin Ford of Johnstown is" - awesome! My husband and I purchased a beautiful Ford F150 and we are totally happy about our purchase!

I had purchased several vehicles from this dealership and this last time I went in there to purchase another vehicle they low balled my trade and the trade came from them only 6 months ago.they tried telling me my trade was not worth any more.then the vehicle I wanted they were so money Hungary they let the deal go for only a $1000.00.You would think as a repeat customer a d Being that close they would went ahead and kept me happy and done the deal instead they chose to show me repeat customers mean nothing to them all there interested in is there greed for money no matter how many vehicles you buy from them.i would not recommend anyone go back to this dealership for any vehicle because like me the first vehicle will go good but the more you return the worse it is for you the customer and the better it is for them.they Will tell you there fair but after going else where I was able to get a much better price on my trade In and on the vehicle I ended up purchasing.

Found a truck I liked on-line and began a dialogue with Jake, my salesman. He was fantastic to work with a we quickly closed on a price I found acceptable. He had the truck brought to my home, since I lived 90 miles away. I was able to evaluate the truck and even sent it back for some minor fixes. Everything was handled professionally and courteously. The truck was redelivered a couple days later. The delivery drivers were even great - true ambassadors for this dealership Could not be happier with the experience, would do business with them again, and recommend them.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Coughlin. Each time Jeff Cavendish has been great to work with, going the extra mile to make sure we happy with our deal. This time he arranged for us to pick up our vehicle in Chillicothe rather than driving the full distance to Johnstown. Paperwork was prepared in advance and we probably weren't at the dealership over 15 minutes and much of that was making small talk with the people who delivered the vehicle. We recommend Coughlin to anyone who we know that is looking to buy a new vehicle. I have to trade my work vehicle every 3 years. There is no question in my mind as to where I will be shopping for my next new vehicle. Keep up the good work.

Jeff Cavendish made buying the perfect car, perfectly smooth. From over 100 miles away we worked though a quick and easy Q&A and negotiation. Two hours later I was on site and found everything EXACTLY as Jeff described. A few signatures and a handshake later I was driving home a fabulous ride.
