Coughlin Ford may be based in Johnstown, but my experience was at the Pataskala location. Fun, easy, and stress-free experience is the best and simplest description of my truck purchase. John in sales is great, Brian in finance is awesome, and Tiffany in service will take care of you.

Beware service is the worst here!
I own a 2018 Ford expedition a 2019 Ford f150 and a Ford Mustang GT. I've had all 3 vehicles serviced at coughlin since they were bought new. I have them serviced at coughlin Ford in Pataskala since I live here. I did not purchase them there because there prices were not even close to what others Ford dealers were. Nevertheless we've used coughlin for service. They broke the shield on my f150 while changing the oil and would not replace it and even tried charging me for it. The truck is under warranty but the service manager Vick said they would not cover it. I asked him( if the part being $160 ) is it worth you not replacing the part to lose a customer and he said yes it was. Losing me permanently.

I enjoyed ALL of the employees that I interacted with. Even Remington Ruger (my Black Lab ) met with the staff. He will be back. My trading in a vehicle was very easy as well as the purchasing of a new vehicle. All of my questions were answered.

Stay away from this service department
Worst customer service I have ever received from a dealership. Stay away at all cost this service department. They have one good tech but the rest do not know what they are doing. Paid over 2k for a job that should have cost about 350. After charging me labor for diagnosis and charging me two parts that did not fix the issue and after leaving me stranded with no gas in my truck where it ran out before I could get to a gas station they had the audacity to charge me for another part and two hours for the job that take maybe 30 minutes and at an insane ship rate of 150/ hour is just crazy. Stay away they are just ripping consumers off. I love my two expeditions I behave had but may not ever buy another one if this is the level of service I can expect from our local Ford dealership, stay away stay away.
