Coughlin Ford of Pataskala

My experience was great at Coughlin in Pataskala. Tiffany the service writer was superb. Very helpful with info and very courteous! They took care of a recall on my 2016 Explorer in a timely manner. They also took care of my warranty work on my Escape. Nice experience.

Price on the new truck was better than competitors. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else offered. When the new truck came in, they even found a $2000 incentive that we did not know about and dropped the price.

Found the car I was very interested in on Cars.com It was at Coughlin Ford in Pataskala. I made the call to make sure it was still available. That’s when the service began. I drove down to view the car on a Wednesday and worked with Corey. It was my daughters dream car and he made sure to show me everything about it. He sold me on it that night. We made plans to come back 2 days later and he had all the paperwork he could done and made it possible to surprise my daughter. Corey was in on the surprise and made sure my daughter will remember this for a long long time. She loves the vehicle. Corey and Brian stayed long after they had closed for the evening to get us ready to go. Highly recommend! They take care of the customer.

C. Rose was my salesman. He went above and beyond on finding the right vehicle. Most places you go they are there to just sell whatever they can. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for the perfect car. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for a vehicle.

They charged me to program and cut an aftermarket remote/key. They let me pay and leave without telling me that the programming didn’t work

Finally found my dream car after searching all day last week. We started at 8 am and drove all day. After seeing 6 cars, we ended up at Coughlin's in Pataskala. We got there 2 hours before they closed but made it. We spoke with Jake, who was awesome! He help me get the best rate and was quick! Which was a blessing after a long day of talking to Salesman. I will never buy another Ford again thanks to Ford Coughlin. I bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta in November 2019. I bought an internet special but when I got to the dealership they had sold it to someone else. It took them forever to find me another car. Then I was in an accident and the Gap Insurance I bought refused to pay for anything on my repair. Ended up having to pay for most of the repair out of pocket. After I fixed the car and driving it for 5 months I started having issues with losing antifreeze. Come to find out I may have a blown head gasket. The service department blamed the issue on the accident so Ford could get out of covering under my warranty. They quoted me over $7,000 dollars to replace the engine. So now basically I have a car that I purchased from them 15 months ago that is nothing more than a hunk of metal. On top of that every time I took my vehicle in for service they were rude and arrogant and talked down to me. Because of this experience with Coughlin Ford in Pataskala Ohio I will never buy another Ford in my lifetime or my children’s or grand children’s lifetime

I shopped for sometime and came across Coughlin Ford, called and the salesman Corey R. answered and I liked the way he had no pressure on me. He found exactly what I needed and called me that day giving me all details and extra pictures. I am 200 miles away with this corona thing Corey would deliver it to me if I choose it. I want anyone reading this if your looking for an HONEST salesman Corey is the man. We will be looking for upgrading our other car soon, and there is no doubt I will drive the extra miles to receive the treatment I got from Coughlin Ford!
