When I was looking for a new truck, Carl was fantastic....

When I was looking for a new truck, Carl was fantastic. Carl kept telling me a 250 diesel would be plenty of power for my camper, but I kept insisting on a 350. He pointed out every stat , and dollar but I went with 350. Point is, I never , ever felt I was being sold more than I needed. Carl did everything to save me 15,000. I want what I want. I told everyone to buy a car from him.

Brand new 70,000 dollar truck and I screw up the...

Brand new 70,000 dollar truck and I screw up the tailgate. I called and they had me in asap, ordered the part, and fixed in asap. No charge. Great service

I needed a duplicate key for a 2011 Ranger. I had a pair...

I needed a duplicate key for a 2011 Ranger. I had a pair of aftermarket keys that were reviewed as a good option. Billie was very helpful in going through getting my key programmed, but there were problems. The first was that Ford has a set limit on how many duplicate keys can ever be made, so my keys wouldn't program. She ordered me a Ford key, and I had to come back a second time. This time the key got programmed (after over-riding the Ford limit), but my after market key was still no good. In the end, a lot of time and $128 simply for a duplicate key. I am probably not going to buy Ford products after this.

Ripped me off on $500 military discount and $80k truck vibrates because of bad tires that they refused to replace. DO NOT do business with them you won’t be satisfied

Great, hassle free experience from start to finish

Purchasing a vehicle for our business was never easier! Our salesman Corey was fair, honest, very accessible and did everything he said he would do. He also went way above and beyond and brought a vehicle to our office for us to see it and test drive and also delivered our new vehicle when it was ready! Great service!!

When I arrived at the service center I was told that...

When I arrived at the service center I was told that there would be no charge for my service. When I got ready to leave, it was suddenly sixty dollars. I don’t think I will have more dealings with Coughlin.

Outstanding Customer Service!

In the chaos of Covid, I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Cavendish at Coughlin Ford in Pataskala. He is the consummate professional that helped me with the selection and ordering our 2020 F-350 King Ranch Diesel and kept me informed throughout the entire building and delivery process. When my wife and I picked up our new truck, Jeff not only walked us through the incredible technological advances but took the time to make sure we understood how to access and use it. You know when you have to ask your kids to help you with technology that is beyond your skill set? Well, Jeff did it ALL for us from syncing both our phones to helping us set our keyless entry code. I am the happiest Ford owner who not only considers Jeff Cavendish a great salesman but also a true friend. I will send my family and friends to Coughlin Ford for all of their future purchases and service.

Ford f150 purchase

Very good experience. Transaction was quick and smooth and Matt Smith was friendly and knowledgable. Good selection of trucks. Over all very satisfied. Brian, in finance was also very good.
