Awesome experience in car buying!

I too, recommend Roush Honda for 1st class service throughout. I purchased a very nice Honda CR-V-EXL. Their team made the complex paperwork a breeze and my sales person Richie, explained every detail about my purchase to a tee. My questions were also answered on every level to my satisfaction. I wasn't pressured into any compromising situations what-so-ever, which is almost unheard of in the used car world. I felt comfortable within their domain - even pampered at times. The end result was miles beyond my expectations. Thank you Roush Honda for a job well done.

Best Price in town

We requested quote for a Honda Accord on line and Chad responded with a great price, then followed up the next day with a phone call. After showing us the car and explaining all of the features, we took a test drive. Chad was great and let us have a couple of days to decide if Roush was right for us. Best pricing, best sales rep, best finance person...what more could we ask for, then Roush's extra coverage. We are happy with our purchase.

"Best price & service...!!!!!"

I highly recommend this dealer to anyone I know whom is looking to buy or lease a car. Casey & Sam made things so simple and easy. This is my 1st lease and Casey spent time answering all my questions then made a very smooth transaction for me to get in & out with my brand new Honda Accord....! I love coming here. I've been a loyal customer for over 9yrs.

Very happy with this purchase experience.

Went looking for a new or used Honda. Decided to go with a Honda Pilot. Met Lori who showed us several. Described everything in detail and then worked hard to get all the paperwork done that evening. We asked for a couple of upgrades (roof luggage rack, towing package, which they completed over the weekend so we could pick it up that Monday. Never any sales pressure. No back and forth with some mystery sales manager. Just a good deal, done well.

Used car purchase

This has been by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever to get me to make a purchase. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I felt relaxed and comfortable while walking and checking the types of vehicles I was interested in. The sales rep went out of his way to answer all my questions and showed a genuine concern for my needs and interests. He even involved my grandson during the process to asked his interests in vehicles as well. Not only would I recommend Roush Honda to others for their vehicle purchases, I would also recommend Richie Phillips to take care of the car needs.

Super Fast!

I am from out of town, and needed to make the deal happen before the dealership closed. Between 8:15 and 9:00, Richie made it happen! I gave him the nickname "Flash Gordon". If you don't like hanging around a dealership for hours when trying to purchase a car, see Richie at Roush Honda.

Sixth purchase from Roush recently completed

Leased Honda Civics from Roush for college-aged daughters and the sale went smoothly as have the other transactions I have had with Roush. We have purchased and serviced our Hondas from them since 1990 and have always been happy.

This is the 2nd time I bought a car from Roush and the buying experience were great everytime. Everyone was very nice and helpful and took their time to explain everything to you. I will definitely come back again when I'm ready for a new car

Absolutely Incredible Experience

Absolutely Incredible...After being a loyal Toyota owner for many years, I was interested in the attractive offers being advertised by Honda, so I gave the Roush dealership a call. I spoke to Chad Porter who was immediately engaging and helpful. I told him that I didn't want to chase the best price all over town and he came back with a reasonable offer right off the bat. When I visited the dealership I was very impressed with how modern the facility was and the friendliness of everyone who I came into contact with. I was also introduced to the Sales Manager Bill Melville who was extremely professional and helpful as well. After several phone calls and emails, I took delivery of my new Accord EX-L. Chad took his time and walked me through all of the options and capabilities of my wonderful new car. I was literally blown away by the entire experience given my previous dealings over many years in purchasing new cars. I would strongly suggest the "Roush" experience and would and also give Chad and Bill the opportunity to earn your business.

Fantastic
