a comfortable and relaxing experience

Buying a vehicle from Roush and Bill Seibert is a comfortable and relaxing experience. I test drove many different vans and the pressure to buy was heavy at the other places and I could never get the "numbers" to work out the way they had them worked out when I was sitting there. Roush is extremely upfront, easy going and professional. Thank you!

My first car purchase

Well. This was my very first car purchase experience. I checked 3 dealers around and I liked 2 of them, however my choice landed on Rush Honda for two most important reasons; 1) the sales person Paul Lewis made me feel very comfortable and secured transperent experience as much as he could. I feel that I found a good friend and expert in the field and I can go to him if anything needed for my car. 2) as he explained me this is an employee owned company, meaning that all employees are concerned for the profit of the company as that's their money basically. I could feel it through the whole process and the quality of the work. I drove 260 some miles so far and thank God had no problems with the car. If something happens I can trust that I can go back to them to get their assistance.

Excellent

Thanks to Cameron, Richard, and the 3rd very nice young man that assisted us. You all do a great job! We are previous customers and can't or have ever had a complaint with Roush Honda. Keep up the good work!

Great customer Service

Chad Porter was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable! He was very professional and patient. My family has now bought over 25 cars from Roush Honda and we can't imagine going anywhere else. We are always taken care of at Roush!

Sign language is a very fluent!

I want to thank you, a Pre-owned Car Sales Consultant, Brooke Diedrich from the bottom of my heart for being with sign language. It had been in my first time life from a car sale-person! I really appreciated your aid all the paperwork, I just purchased 2014 Honda! Thank you again!

My new Honda

Josh was great! We loved that he was not a pushy salesperson. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond to me on-line. It was difficult for me to find time to buy a car. He understood that, and answered my questions, sent price quotes, or whatever I needed via email or text. Then, when were were ready, we walked right in and got the car. Thank you, Josh. =)

Good Experience

I have bought a Honda recently at Roush and the whole process has been real smooth. Roush Honda does a great job on providing additional benefits such as 7 year/100k mile warranty and also road assistance within 50 miles radius. Sales people have been real friendly and offered us some real nice deals. Purchasing the vehicle here comes as a total package and i am repeat customer.

The best Honda Dealership!

Roush truly takes care of the customer and makes sure you get the best deal. They are not pushy. They take their time to go over everything. I've been a Roush customer since 2011 and will never go to another dealership. I recently was involved in a bad accident where my 2009 Accord was totalled. I called Pat Hannahs who I did business with before. His main focus was to get me the right car and not to worry about the price of the car. Once I picked out my car Pat made sure the price of my car was right. Hands down Roush is an OUTSTANDING dealership from the Sales Department all the way to the Service Department. The small fee to get a rental as well as Hofidence is in heard of in Columbus. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. I always recommend my friends and family to Roush.

A+ to Roush Honda!

My 2012 Honda Pilot lease was coming to an end. I decided to lease another Pilot and shopped several dealers in Central Ohio for the best deal. Roush Honda was very competitive on price, had the vehicle in stock I wanted and made the transaction seamless. My golden retriever was present during the delivery of the vehicle and he was more than welcome at the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Roush Honda or my salesperson, Chad Porter, to family and friends looking for a Honda. Thanks for a great experience!
