Michelle and BMW of Crystal Lake were exceptional. I live in Wisconsin but identified the vehicle I was interested in online. After attempting to purchase the vehicle through my local dealership I contacted BMW of Crystal Lake directly. Michelle and the team made my purchase and trade in a painless exercise. I was able to complete the purchase and take possession in 24 hours.

Coming from MKE.

Coming from MKE. I had been combing Autotrader, Carmax, FB Marketplace and BMW dealers for 2 months. I was honestly getting more and more neurotic by the day... Waiting... FINALLY saw their X5 M sport pop up on Autotrader Thur morning. Leah was kind enough to snap pictures while it was still in detail. Zack, what can I say about Zack except he made the deal happen and hung with me for the 5 hours it took to get into the sales guy (that's what you get when you drive down from Milwaukee to buy a car just hours after it goes on sale, NOT blaming them.) Mike was great with the sale and worked with me as I waffled for days about the warranty that I bought, cancelled and then bought again. Absolutely never felt any pressure and these are very easy people to work with. Drove home with my car that night, slept well. Got up Friday, drove it to work. Loved it. Thanks all, you made buying my 1st BMW a breeze!

On a scale of 1-10, this dealership rates 100!!! Unfortunately I had some issues with the car I purchased in 2023, no fault of the dealership. Derek, Alan, Zack, and especially Dan, the general manager, were all phenomenal going far, far beyond my expectations. When Dan says the dealership wants to support, satisfy, and serve the customer, he’s not kidding. I can’t state strongly enough how happy, surprised, and satisfied I am with their persistence, problem solving, and desire to do anything and everything to keep me as a happy customer. There aren’t enough stars to recognize Anderson BMW/Mazda dealership’s customer service. Thank you doesn’t seem enough.
