I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Jeff Cormier and he provided me with first class service! I was trading in my wife?s 2013 Ford Escape and Jeff took the time and genuinely cared about what features we wanted in a new vehicle and sold us a 2016 Ford Explorer. Jeff was upfront, honest, and extremely professional and made the buying experience completely seamless. Chris Yacobozzie in Finance couldn?t have made the signing easier. My lease on my Ford is up in March and I will be going back to Jeff Cormier and Liberty Ford Vermilion. #JustAskForJeff

Great Service-2016 Ford Explorer

Love my new car!

Overall, had a good experience with this dealership. Our salesman was kind and exemplified an understanding of the product he was selling, as well as being very personable. The wait was a bit long to get all the paperwork sorted out, but I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle.

Not the experience we had expected

We have purchased many Fords over the years and for the first time in a while we didn't come away from the buying experience feeling satisfied. Normally the salesman does a detailed demonstration of our new vehicle's various features on the car and this time it felt more like an afterthought with my wife only getting an overview on the features she asked about. After having the cannr for a week we are still finding features we had no idea the car had. I must also say that I was a bit disappointed in the trade in process and felt that we were kind of low balled on what they offered which was re-enforced once I discovered what they are selling it for. Live and learn I guess.

We sincerely apologize that you left our dealership without the feeling that you fully understood your new vehicle's features. Our salespeople are instructed to answer any and all questions about a vehicle of interest fully and spend time to set each customer up in their vehicle before leaving the lot. We'll certainly take this opportunity to rehash that point with our staff. As for your trade, many of the pre-owned vehicles we purchase or take in on trade end up with (sometimes costly) parts and repairs in our service center in order to prepare the vehicle for sale. This accounts for the difference you note in your review, but we appreciate the opportunity to discuss that in further detail. Fantastic

Liberty in vermilion was extremely helpful in my search for a new car- I found a used car at an affordable price with the help of Steve and Pat. They were both super helpful and nice. I needed a car in a short period of time, and that's exactly what I got.

My experience at Liberty Ford in Vermilion was exceptional. I was treated professionally and the staff was very patient and proficient, providing me a total understanding of the details involved in the use of my new car. I highly recommend Mike and his assisting staff, because they really cared about my concerns and questions involved in receiving a new car.
