The service call with Acura exceeded my expectations as always. I received a reminder in the mail, as well as an e-mail, that service was due for my Acura. I scheduled an appointment with Matt, received a confirmation via e-mail and when I arrived for my service call I was promptly helped by Todd and the service crew. This dealership is attentive to detail, particularly in their prompt responses whenever I have a question. The quality of the car exceeds my expectations and this is my fourth lease with Acura - they have demonstrated excellence since we started working with them.

There was a service oversight. A battery cover on front seat left there by AAA service was not placed where it belonged. Though service attendant did not place item on front seat, I still expected item to be placed properly.
