Reviews
Great customer service.
Great customer service. Shout out to Jamie who helped me at every step. Clean facility. Make sure you ask for the car wash because they don't always just do it. Don't forget to do your reviews as a customer it actually does help the company improve because they do listen to us and they address our concerns and they continue the good work in the areas they are already exceeding in.

0 STARS!
0 STARS! Would NOT recommend. Tyreese is a conniving salesman. He sold me a certified pre owned Kia Sportage KNOWING it had a bad tire. He refused to take responsibility for it, refused to get it fixed. Test drove the car with the tire pressure coming on, he acknowledged it had an issue that would be fixed but then claimed he didn’t know the tire was bad. Lied and lied about our conversations regarding the tire. Never offered any remediation. He NEVER even offered me a discount on a new tire to try to make amends with HIS mistake, just a -nope not my problem attitude-. Apparently, once he gets his commission off your sale, your vehicle satisfaction is no longer his problem. If you want to buy a $20K+ vehicle and be screwed over by a lying salesman, head over to Jeffrey Kia and see Tyreese.

I brought in my Brother’s 2006 Kia Sedona for a recall
I brought in my Brother’s 2006 Kia Sedona for a recall for Anti-Lock Brakes. I talked to Sean on the phone and when I dropped off the Van for service. I asked for an oil change while they had it for the recall. I was very disappointed that the tech did not check any fluid levels, brake lining wear which only takes a few seconds, and to top it off didn’t even bother to check tire pressures. This is a standard at any dealership and private repair facilities. I am not impressed. The service writers were polite but that’s all I will give Jeffrey Kia Service department.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I leased my first car from here in 2021, great car had no issues whatsoever. Then November of 2023 I decided to upgrade my car to a SUV, by far worst mistake ever. My brand new 2023 Kia Sorento has been in the shop at least 4 times this year already each for different problems. Every time I took my vehicle in to get it looked at for the issues they would hook it up to the scanner and about maybe a hour or 2 hours later tops I would get a call saying they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle and told me I can come pick it up. I called their service department for the issues I am still currently having with the vehicle they basically tell me if the scanner doesn’t find anything wrong I’m basically out of luck and that they cannot do anything about it. The issue I’m currently having with the vehicle is the emergency braking engages at random times 3 times before on a main road way all separate occasions and once on the free way, mind you nobody is around my vehicle to even make the emergency braking occur. I called Kia corporate and they weren’t any better. Basically they said take it to the dealership and tell them to duplicate the issue and I called them back to ask if corporate has spoken with them and they said only to get the paper work when the vehicle was brought here to be “fixed”. I currently have a case with the BBB auto line to hopefully either try to get this problem fixed or demand a replacement vehicle because I do not feel comfortable or safe driving this vehicle.

Bought a used car from them and took it in for various problems they said they'd fix. After 3 drop offs and multiple phone calls still nothing has been resolved. Always have excuses as to why it can't be done. Just say we lied and now your stuck with it. I could accept that.

Do not but from them!
Do not but from them!!! They sell used pieces of crap. I bought a 2014 Kia Rio at the end of 9/22, with 75K miles on it; for a pseudo-daughter of mine. Per the sales agent, an all points inspection was done, including brakes, with an oil and filter change. Fast forward to this year. I had to take the car back from my pseudo-daughter; as she could not make the payments. Check engine light comes on Thanksgiving day. Took it to the dealership and they said sludge in engine, needs replacement. They asked me, if I had the maintenance records for the warranty company. I was able to retrieve all of them. The oil was changed 4 times in 12 months, plus a full brake job. When looking at the first oil change it was only done 2000 miles after I bought it. It stated right on the invoice sludge in engine. Per the shop, they stated, if they would have changed the oil and the filter, they would have seen the gunk. it was clear as day. Also, having to replace pads and rotors only putting 2000 miles on it. They were scraping. On top of this debacle, the sales agent talked me into a 2K extended warranty and said it covered bumper to bumper. Well, it does not. The warranty company is denying my claim, because of sludge and in proper maintenance, when all the proper maintenance was done on our end. Kia is playing dumb. Now I have to pay 5K just to replace the engine and its not even a new one. READ the warranty they sell you. Look for the exclusions. I would also, seriously suggest you bring your own mechanic to check out the car, when buying from them. You should see the pictures from my current shop. The timing chain, looks like it has black electrical tape wrapped around it. That is how bad the sludge is. They said there is no way this was done by us. I have everything to back up my claims and persons stating they would be willing to come to court and testify with their expert opinions. Thanks Jeffrey Kia.

Great Place!
This will be the second car I leased from Jeffery Kia on Gratiot and both times were excellent. Emily was my sales person, she was so helpful and so friendly. I get pretty nervous when doing things like leasing a car etc but my daughter and I felt very much at ease. Everyone was really nice. I will be going there again!

Jeffrey Kia and Tamaroff Auto Group are awesome!
I just leased a New Kia Sportage X Line from Jeffrey Kia. Chris and Paul from the dealership were extremely helpful and all aspects of the transaction were a great experience. Jeffrey Kia is the best! I would recommend them highly to anyone purchasing or leasing a new or used vehicle.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership!!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! Emily Diebel and Rick, Corey and Michael sold me a car that is mechanically not sound and is held together with duct tape and refused to take it back in the 7 day exchange policy. The 7 day exchange is FRAUD to make you buy then they take it back. They said they would trade in the car for $13,000 when they sold me it only days before for $18,000. I have to file a civil complaint against them now. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
