Excellent Experience at Crestmont

Mike and Antwon went above and beyond to get us into the right vehicle by finding every available resource. We could not be more pleased. We really enjoyed communicating and getting the answers we needed over the phone and by email without spending hours in the dealership prior to making our selection.

great service clean facility

Darien was patient and answered all of my concerns I don't need to use 20 words,I had great service and was satisfied what else is there to say!!!

Friendly staff helped the buying process.

The staff presented me with several options for vehicles and talked thru the pros and cons of each. Overall a great sales experience.

Great service

They picked up the vehicle, serviced it as needed, washed it and vacuumed it then returned it. Car was treated by service department like they took great pride in it

Courteous Staff, great service, warm environment

The staff is friendly,courteous and thoughtful. They greet you as you approach and are diligent in resolving any issues you may have. If you are unable to wait , they set up a loaner car so that you don?t have to worry about wasted time. They make it a point to listen attentively and to meet your needs .

Inviting showroom

Paul Guy was very helpful in explaining the features of the XT5 and patient with someone who has not purchased a new car for quite some time. The atmosphere in the dealership was pleasant and inviting.

Attentive courteous staff

Very attentive staff. Everyone was courteous, said hello and asked if they could get me anything. No pressure, salesman Rob was great and informative. Asked what I was looking for and wanted. He answered my questions fully and made the process easy. Experience was customer focused.
