Everyone be CAREFUL of Any of the Nick Mayer places....

Everyone be CAREFUL of Any of the Nick Mayer places. They say they do a 198 point inspection before they deliver vehicles when buying online. After buying the vehicle this is how they check the vehicles.(pictures). I had to bring it to another dealership and they found this mess. They said it was UNSAFE. Nick Mayer dealership said they apologize about the brakes they dont know how it got past them, only when confronted, They do not stand behind what they say. They have the audacity to tell me I can trade it back for MORE MONEY for another vehicle . LOL Then they tried to tell me its a northern truck that is the way they are. I live in the south now but grew up all my life in New York area and have had many vehicles. So they tried that game also. Then they didnt know what to say. If you watch Chad Meyers video from 2018 on you tube, he says its what we do for our customers after we sell the vehicle,..... * They dont call you back * They ignore you . This will be 1 of many post. Please be aware everyone works hard for their money, specially these times......... I know people who worked their quit the dealership because they are not honest. I Am not the only one they have deceived.

Beware

Everyone be CAREFUL of Any of the Nick Mayer places. They say they do a 198 point inspection before they deliver vehicles when buying online. I felt like family

At first I was very cautious of my experience and then I met some wonderful people through the process. Chad the manager was awesome and Chad the Sales rep was a life saver ,he made me feel at a better comfort with the vehicle that I was purchasing. I also had a good experience with Shaq and Demetrius they worked as a team to get things done. I wasn't okay with how my payment went all over the place.

9 DAYS WONT CALL BACK

9 days and counting for seat recall, tweek door to hang straight, cracked glove box. I call and they have to check with tec and call back. THEY DONT CALL BACK. Must be the oil change i added.

Very bad business practice

Went to Nick Mayor when I first filled bankruptcy. My credit had dropped to 429 and it was very difficult to get a used vehicle that I wanted. I waited four months later to try it again at Nick Mayor , after being discharged from bankruptcy and having a 545 credit score. They never updated my credit score and asked lenders for a car loan for me with my previous score of 429. I had the same negative results because they did not present to the banks my correct credit srore of 545. Having a 545 score is by no means good, but closer to having fair credit than having horrible credit of 429 which is closer to having the lowest score you can have which is the 300 range . I was told that I only have a choice between three vehicle that I didn't really care for. One had 85,000 miles, the other had decent miles of 36,000 but the exterior was all scratched up for 22,000 total. Who wants to purchase a vehicle for 22,000 that has over 60 scratches on it. I ended up purchasing the one that is scratched all up and told that before the vehicle was delivered to me that the scratches would be taking care of. The car was delivered to me 4 or 5 days later with the same scratches all over it. The only thing they did was put a new windshield in and took care of the rock chips on the hood. I was told that the scratches were not going to be taken care of because they had all ready put a lot of money into it already .I could not go no where else to get a vehicle because Nick Mayer Ford had went to every car loan lender with asking for a loan with a 429 credit score. Not to mention they put numerous inquiries on my credit and no one else would give me me a vehicle because of that. Nick Mayor is not the place to shop for your next vehicle. Very bad customer service. Almost terrible.

Right thing

Bought a used truck...check engine light came on 48 hours later...nice repair bill 72 hours later...they said sorry no warranty....not very nice..not even a thank you...when I wrote the check....
